First of all because we are in Canada, after fees and the currency exchange one sweater cost me almost $300...it was shipped way later than it was supposed to and finally once it arrived it is FAKE. It is not real Cactus Jack merchandise. Horrible horrible website/company...whatever they are.

Paid 100$ on special for a hoodie regular price 200$ about 4 weeks ago first wash and hung it to dry all the lettering on the hoodie was cracked and lifting I sent about 25 emails to Travis Scott Merch and I never had one reply not one buyers beware top dollar for bottom quality clothing this company is dishonest the material used is the cheapest on the market it’s 1000000% garbage material Travis Scott Merch is 100000% Fraudulent, Dishonest company now I’m up to about 70 emails sent to Travis Scott Merch and not even one reply from them nothing I can’t believe that this is allowed to rob people!!!!! If I could I would give them a -10 RATING

The company responds quickly with clear communication. The worrisome grammatically incorrect reviews that have been previously posted on here clearly come from individuals craving an outlet to rant on a topic they don’t actually care about, very disgusting.

Used to love his song but it’s obvious He can’t take responsibility for leting people die at his concerts but can stop a show in the past cause someone stole his shoe.

I paid $180 for a travis scott hoodie x fragment and they said it should ship in 9-12 weeks which I thought would be around my bday. It's been 15 weeks and I can't even cancel my order. Travis scott is a horrible person and so is his business, if you can even call it a business.

These people are a joke I spent money with them and my package said it was delivered but I never received anything. When I emailed them because of course they wouldn’t have a phone number because they know they are frauds, they said I need to file a complaint with the carrier. And soon after I check there website and then it states they are not responsible for lost or stolen items which it did not state before I purchased the shirt. Please beware you guys they are not going to refund you if your package gets lost.

I ordered a jumper and a t-shirt back in July, took almost 8 weeks to ship. Got notified by UPS today that I had to pay €124 in customs charges in order to receive the item, or it would be sent back. I paid $170 for the products in total. Meaning, the customs charges cost nearly as much as the items itself.
Obviously was not going to pay that, and unfortunately, their website does not accept returns. Terrible service, 100% will not be buying again.

Ordered shorts for my husband for our Anniversary in April, ITS OCTOBER now.. they responded back in an email and said they are having delays because of Covid that was in August. But yet they don’t put out much merchandise? So I’m confused?. I have a feeling I will not be getting my orders.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE. Purchased a neon light on this site for $350+. The light was poorly packaged and arrived broken. The return policy is complete BS. I contacted customer service and WAS NOT offered a refund or credit as it was past the 7 days of receiving the item. Many people had the same problem with the neon light arriving broken. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. Items are cheap quality and poor packaged.

I have spent over £200 on a Travis Scott t-shirt and Hoodie, I ordered these as a special gift for our son’s 21stbirthday, to me I was lucky enough to leave loads of delivery time, (6-8 weeks) for t-shirt delivery and (8-10) weeks for hoodie, not an issue as t-shirt has been delivered but not the Hoodie and now the company are not even replying to my texts, but I don’t think Iam being akward as we are now on week 14

So I ordered a backpack from him o his recent drop, apparently people have been getting them and I’m still waiting. I ordered this in March, March people. It’s now July. Who is running this business? A child? Like come on

I like the designs but that's the only thing about it, the quality isn't great but the worst of all it's the shipping "delays" i've been waiting for my reflective down puffer for 23 weeks total now when it should have taken 12-16

I'm a huge Travis fan and I ordered a Cactus Jack face mask on July 30, and it arrived about 11 days later. The quality is not great; many of the items sold by this website are of very low quality and are very overpriced, and for most merchandise you're going to be waiting months to receive your items. Unless you're trying to resell I'd recommend buying Travis merch off of StockX and get it in a week rather than wait half a year for it on travisscott.com.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. This is the crappiest purchase EVER! Delayed for months to deliver. Then once it arrived it was shipped in a plain crumpled up Usps bag with a label slapped all crooked on it. Then the reveal of the Merch once the package is opened leaves nothing to be desired. The quality of the sweatshirt was like a dirty used car salesman had worn it and the print looked like my cat did it himself. Horrible. Never ever again. He should be ashamed of himself selling this garbage and not caring at all about the consumers and his base. Lame. He should ship this mess to himself so he can see how people feel & bet he’d give himself a lame review too.

I ordered two T-shirts off the website in September. I got one T-Shirt but I'm still waiting on the second one. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS. I have no idea if my T-shirt is gonna come and it says on the website that there are no refunds. I don't think this is a scam but there is no way in hell that it should take 8 months for a T-shirt.

It’s freaking spring already where’s The puffer jacket? These idiot’s sent the hat without the reflective jackets, sent emails getting the same response wait 11 to 12 weeks.. Untucking believable..Worst online store by far!!

Furthermore, this all looks like a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT to me!!!! You can’t rob people and respond to emails with “FINAL SALE”. FOH with that!

I placed an order for a skate deck on NOVEMBER 13, 2020 & here we are in mid MARCH & still have not received said item. I’m currently on hold with my financial institution to put in a claim for this ridiculousness. A total of 42 minutes so far. Travis Scott should be ashamed at the “business” that’s conducted in his name. Before I placed this order, I purchased from his McDonald’s collab and the wait time on those items were atrocious and falsely advertised. One would think that I would have learned my lesson but no, I ordered from the PlayStation drop and the 6-8 week wait time advertised has come and gone as we are in WEEK 19! NINETEEN! That’s just gross and negligent but what does Travis care? Take peoples hard earned money during a pandemic but as long as his pockets are fat, who cares about customer service or integrity, right? His distribution company is trash. Whoever he conducts business with is super low on quality and he knows it. I ordered Rodeo and Astroworld on vinyls and BOTH records had to be returned because of poor quality and warping. He skims the top off on quality to make money and has no pride in the products he puts out. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Ps: That PlayStation hoodie was garbage. I could have made it myself at a bootleg boardwalk store in New Jersey.

For some reason I just bought another thing from the Travis site but its makes no sense why it takes so long 9-12 weeks like he has so much much money and has dropped a lot of stuff and it still takes this long they need to make items more exclusive so the wait times aren't as brutal what's even dumber is i assume they use the same manufacturer as kith since they come in the same nice quality bags and kith ships right away reciving iteams within 2-3 days
