I'm received a credit note after not be…

I'm received a credit note after not being able to travel due to covid restrictions and when trying to use this not only are they saying I need to pay an additional fee despite this flight being half the price of the original but also they have been slow and evasive responding to my queries. Definitely recommend paying a but more and going direct to an airline or just avoiding travel pack.

Avoid at all costs

As you can see from practically every other review, this company is an absolute shambles!

Honestly, I've never dealt with a company as incompetent as these. It took over 16 months of constant emails and phone calls before I was finally refunded for my cancelled COVID related flight. It looks like the only way this company listen is if you threaten to go to a small claims court and register a dispute with ABTA - which I still intend to do!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is a terrible company.
Like the many reviews on here, I to had unfortunately booked some flights with travel pack.
It too over a year to get the refund. Lies and avoidance is their technique.
In the end I called them constantly for two days, just asking politely each time where my refund was, I got it back in the end.

If I could give this company zero…

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I booked flights with them before Covid, which were cancelled due to the pandemic. Despite numerous emails and phone calls assuring me my refund has been approved, I am yet to receive it. This is almost 2 years since I booked the original flight and over 1 year since it was cancelled. This is tantamount to theft/fraud - keeping money that does not belong to you!!! DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY - EVER!

Terrible - don't book with Travelpack

Terrible. I booked flights in February 2020 and am still waiting for a refund in October 2021... Awful customer service - just don't reply, now had to take this to small claims court. Save yourself the hassle & book direct or through a well renowned or local company.

Thanks for Kalpesh great help.

Due to sudden change in travel restrictions to India, Kalpesh help us to convert the tickets into open tickets which was really great help.he was very polite and great listener and very good examples for good customer service.
We and our friends will call him again when we buy travel tickets from Travel pack .

Report them to the Trading standards…

Report them to the Trading standards and Citizens advice bureau

It took them 2 years to give me my refund!

The assistants on the phone can barely speak any English, they just keep you on hold and then just hang up just because they don't want to give the refund

I then reported them to the trading standards and citizens advice bureau and only then they processed my refund

Don't ever book anything with this company

Refund

I have finally received a refund for our flight 16 months ago. I have been asked to wait 10 weeks, then 3 months and so on until I realised no one was looking into our claim. Even after I contacted airlines directly and they processed our refund, I was still emailing and calling Travelpack daily to get my money back. As soon as I informed them that I would escalate my complaint, I received my refund. We shall certainly avoid using Travelpack in the future.

Con artists

Con artists. Deliberate trickery used to make you ineligible for refunds. Do not use. Won't bore you with detail, suffice to say that many other recent reviews say the same. No coincidence.

They are members of ABTA & IATA so complain to them.

You should rewrite your rant to make it more intelligible & including more precise detail before sending your complaint.

Similar experience here

Similar experience here, refund on return leg Etihad flight requested nine months ago, told it had been received from the airline by Travelpack three months ago, after much correspondence promised payment by 21st August, still waiting as of today. Never again.

Worst refund processing

Processing of refund is very INCONVENIENT. I've contacted them via calls and emails MULTIPLE times to no avail. When reached, they always give an indefinite, vague and impractical responses. This has been going on for 7 months now and still I haven't got my my response.

This isnt how you treat customers guys. Come on!

Don't give up !

Don't give up but please read on... My experience was identical to many other reviewers in that for 9 months I was told by email and over the phone, that eventually I would get a refund. Sadly, no one could tell me when this would happen (just excuses). A refund was finally issued after I said that I had prepared a letter of action (or claim) and was about to post it to the director of the company in Wembley. Miraculously, this got results! Good luck.

Avoid at all costs.

Awful company when it comes to issuing refunds. Had originally booked flights in Jan 2020, then booked a date change later that year, for flights in October. But the flights were cancelled in August. It took 10 (TEN) months before they issued a refund, and that was only because I had to raise a chargeback via my credit card. But they subtracted the admin fee and other non-refundable fees from both the refund for the flights and the refund for the date change element. If I'd booked direct, I would have received the full refund, and within days - I know this, because my wife had booked direct and her refund was straight forward.

Worst company don't use they say they tried to refund my over charge in seating that's a lie if they did where is it ? They offered a nominal refund and 50 in seat vouchers !! Are you kidding would NEVER use them that was all only if I stopped complaining about them too SCAMS

Corrupt Thieves

This Corrupt company has owed me refund money for two return flights from India that Air India cancelled with no notification since march 2020 they ignore all contact, What I don't understand is why this company has not be investigated and stopped trading took to court and made to pay back all they have stolen, They have kept monies paid to them by the air lines literally stole peoples money

Refund

As per other reviews, I booked flights to Toronto in February 2020, realised that it wasn't safe for me to travel (I am 75) and I was visiting a 95 year old so after asking for the cancellation procedure and being told how much it would cost me, I cancelled the flights in September 2020 and since then have received the usual spiel of 8-10 weeks. It is now July 2021 and still no refund.

I have been waiting months for a…

I have been waiting months for a refund, and chased constantly, but no one takes my chasing seriously, and when you try to escalate higher it goes nowhere! I will certainly never use this company again, and I would certainly advise anyone else not to use them. Originally I had just moved my flights due to Covid, and even that doubled my initial cost, but now to have paid double, and not be able to get just my money back after 7 months is just ridiculous. They are giving the airlines a bad name, and I will always go directly through the airline now. Not impressed!
