I’ve had a very different experience to a previous reviewer and I’m not sure why?
We were in Thailand when the Middle East conflict began. We had been due to travel back via Doha to Manchester. Travel pack were absolutely awful to deal with and just didn’t seem to care about their responsibilities legally never mind us as people. We had booked via an agent and they have provided us with some screen shots of the email exchange. Travel pack did not make us aware flights were cancelled although we of course were monitoring things ourself. They wanted to move us to an awful hotel unless we paid a supplement of £400 for 3 nights in our current hotel. They applied pressure by telling us the hotel was getting booked up which we found to be untrue. We had flown Manchester to Phuket but they told us we needed to sort our own flights to Bangkok from Phuket and then from Heathrow to Manchester. Our agent pushed back at our say so as this is not legal. Flights were then changed to cover the full route which meant we would only stay at the hotel a further 2 nights (instead of the original 3 we had been quoted the £400 for) but they insisted we must still pay £400 and would not budge on this- leaving us forced to pay or risk having no where to stay. I have emailed twice very clearly outlining my concerns and requesting an itemised invoice for the £400. They have not bothered to reply to even acknowledge the email. I am now left with the hassle of pursuing this via ABTA etc when actually if they would just communicate and be reasonable this would be entirely unnecessary. In summary they’re very happy to take your money but don’t seem to want to meet their responsibilities within the industry they work in.

I would like to thank Travelpack for everything they did to get us home from a 6 weeks holiday in Goa. We travelled with Qatar airlines on Wednesday 21st January on a 42nights package holiday staying 3 weeks in the Sorbit Sarovar portico in palolem, then from there to th Seashell Suites and villas in Candolim for 2 weeks and then our final week in the Fahrenheit hotel in Baga all in all a fantastic holiday.
We were due to fly home on the 4th March with Qatar airlines and transfer from Goa to Doha then on to Manchester, but our flights got cancelled due to the war in Iran
From the day the flights were cancelled Travel pack stepped in and was in contact with us daily reassuring us that we would be looked after and they didn’t let us down
Travelpack contacted the Fahrenheit hotel and extended our stay until they managed together us a flight home
Travelpack managed to get us a flight home from Goa to Mumbai-Mumbai to Ethiopia-Ethiopia to Heathrow then a train up to Leeds at no extra cost to us

Our recent trip to New Delhi was very well organised by Travelpack. Valerie from the Wembley office handled our flight arrangements and, in conjunction with Krishan Dogra from the New Delhi office, our hotel reservations. Krishan Dogra organised our day trips and tours very well and Sourabh Singh from the New Delhi office planned all the transfers with perfection. I can't praise the trio of personnel enough, All in all, it was a very pleasant trip for me and my family. Keep up the excellent work!

We used Travelpack for our Route 66 trip in October – a holiday of a lifetime that cost us thousands of pounds, money we had saved for a long time.

Several of the hotels they booked for us were completely unacceptable and, frankly, felt unsafe. These were not budget hotels as part of an agreed compromise, but cheap motels with consistently terrible online reviews, clear safety concerns, and extremely unsavoury surroundings.

One property had:
• Sex workers openly operating on site
• Drug use visible around the premises
• Guests wearing ankle tags
• Bullet-proof glass at reception, where check-in was done through a partition – clearly indicating a dangerous location

At another hotel, the doors looked as though they had previously been kicked in, and we genuinely feared for our safety. As a result, we had no choice but to book and pay for two alternative hotels ourselves, purely to protect our wellbeing.

Despite taking thousands of pounds from us, Travelpack appear to have prioritised profit over basic safety and quality, placing us in accommodation with low ratings and appalling reviews that were easily discoverable before booking.

We have repeatedly emailed and called Travelpack. We were told to wait 28 days for a response, during which they implied we were exaggerating or lying until we provided photographic evidence. Once the evidence was supplied, all communication stopped.

This experience has been deeply upsetting and has tainted what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We will not let this matter drop and are now escalating the complaint to ABTA and ATOL.

Avoid this company. Their communication is appalling, their handling of complaints is dismissive, and they take your money only to place you in substandard, unsafe accommodation and then ignore you.

Shocking from start to finish.

Terribly irresponsible. I did most of the things they were supposed to do myself. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional. They fail to treat their own staff with integrity and respect, let alone their clients. I would strongly advise avoiding their services.

We gave Travelpack a rough itinerary for our trip to India and left everything to them! Sunny Singh put togther an amazing itinerary for us covering everything we wanted to see and giving us enough time in each city along with some rest days (we went to Dehli, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai and Kerala). The guides and reps that met us in each location were great and we will definitely use them again.

Great experience with Travelpack. Mamta helped me with a Japan enquiry - she was very helpful and gave me exactly what I needed.

Travelpack put an amazing 2 week trip together for our client - the choice of hotels as well as several day excursions and immersive experiences made this comprehensive holiday of Thailand and Singapore the most wonderful vaccation for our clients.
Despite several flights and lots of hotel changes, everything worked like clockwork . Highly recommendable.

Great service as always. Pricematched a quote we had from another company. Quick to respond by email. Easy to book. Have used them several times now with no issues.

Booked a multi-generational, very bespoke trip to Gujarat, India in Feb 25.

Organized by Sunny Singh, the trip was absolutely marvelous. This is not the first such trip I have booked through Travelpack and certainly will not be last, reason being that the local knowledge displayed (and needed!) for this sort of trip was exceptional. I would say that any multi-destination trip to India, particularly when veering off the beaten track requires a lot of experience and most importantly, a point of contact that can be easily reachable at any time.

Glad to say I received this from Sunny and am a very satisfied customer indeed.

I'd do negative numbers if they were an option... Booked a flight in 2020 that was cancelled and was told who knows how many times that my refund was in the queue. Never happened.

I have recently come back from an amazing holiday to Goa and Kerala! The service I received from the team at Travelpack was outstanding!
Sunny Singh personalised the trip for myself and my family with exactly what we wanted to do, when and how. From start to finish Sunny was helpful and professional. From airport pick ups, personal transport, hotels, excursion we were fully informed with all the details and timings. Sunny was in constant contact to make sure all was running smoothly.
The whole 2 weeks went smoothly with no problem. I used Sunny 10 years ago when we went on a family holiday to India with young children. Sunny worked with us to create a package that suited my young family. All details were accounted for as what we required. This time round I did not make any enquiries with any other travel agents and went straight to Sunny as I knew he would be able to accommodate me with his usual high standard in transport and hotels. I was not disappointed!

Absolutely shocking company. Having spent well over £3000 for three people to stay in France for three nights including Taylor Swift tickets, I have nothing but negativity for Travel Pack. Prior to flying we were advised that Travel Pack would only issue the Taylor Swift tickets 24 hours before the show. Their reasoning - to stop ticket resales. What kind of idiot would pay over £3000 to sell the damn tickets?! The tickets did not arrive until 9 hours before the event. Effectively, our first day and night in France was utterly ruined out of anxiety caused by this company. When the tickets did arrive, they came via WhatsApp from an Indian mobile number!!!! Stay well away from Travel Pack - never have I had such a horrendous holiday experience.

Very poor service with Travelpack
I contacted Travelpack to book a holiday and the staff members on customer services didn't understand.
It was meant to be a simple booking but I had to contact them several times to get the itinerary right and they still couldn't.

I don't understand what they didn't understand. They claim to have many years of experience but the staff members appointed doesn't seem to understand.

I was so frustrated because a lot of my time has been wasted. Never ever will I use this company

I would never recommend Travelpack
I booked a holiday package with them and they couldn't get my booking right. I had several telephone conversations with them and the staff don't seem to understand my requirements. I explained if they didn't understand then it's OK because I will use another travel agent but they reassured me that they will ensure a good package for me but they still made so many mistakes and they claimed they made a loss when they didn't because they charged me extra for the mistakes they made.

Travelpack has messed up my booking completely. I booked a holiday package with flights, transfers and accommodation. I have been going back and forth with Travelpack to confirm every detail and they had confirmed everything and I paid for the full price.
When the confirmation email and copy had come through, things were changed which surprised me.
My travel agent has also tried to sort the situation but the director of Travelpack was rude to my travel agent. I was there when the director was talking to my travel agent over the phone.
I would never recommend Travelpack.
This is the second time they messed up my booking

If I could give zero stars I would.
I am a Travel agent and was recommended to use Travelpack as a supplier to help with my booking for a continental holiday package as I was told they are an expert in the far East. They have completely messed up my client's booking and they accused my clients of wanting free accommodation and they claimed they had to bear the loss and paid the extra price when they actually charged my clients the extra costs and my clients paid.
The staff even puts the phone down and don't want to answer the questions because they know they are in the wrong. My clients are even willing to discuss alternatives and even bear the cost but Travelpack don't know how to discuss alternatives that will help my clients.
The staff are very incompetent.
