How on earth do you log out my account with my money inside. and never let me login. For God sake, allow me to withdraw my money before you close my profile account if you so wish to close it. This is more like criminal. You taking my money by force. I think the best practice, if you no longer want to offer me your services; you allow me to withdraw my money that is inside before you close the account.
I will not rest until your give me my money back. I will continue to hunt you everywhere. My hard earn money can't be stolen by your staff or any of you in TransferGo. Return my money. Allow me withdraw my money.

Unacceptable Delays—Avoid TransferGo!
Unacceptable delay and poor support for transfer money abroad.
My money transfer has been stuck for over 36 hours, without a clear update. Customer service an agent had provided a false information on delivery completion whilst on account transfer were still in progress that's after 24 hours past.
I requested a full refund but again no responce. The receiver has not got the funds, causing major issues with my payment deadlines. As a result the currency exchange rate went up which i made a loss.
Never use it again.
