Fabulous, swift, friendly service.
I sent off an email on New Year’s Eve (a Sunday) not expecting a reply until the working week began again- within an hour we had a response and within two our holiday was booked.

Totstoo is a great company
Excellent, knowledgeable and speedy service. Totstoo is a great company which I use regularly for my holidays. They make informed recommendations based on my wants and needs, which saves me a lot of time and angst, and provide competitively priced packages. Recommend wholeheartedly and will continue to use!

Horrendous
Initial, brief charm faded soon after booking. Replaced by obnoxious, rude attitude. When enquiring about upgragrading board options was told, and I quote, that 'no no no no no, thats impossible. We can not possibly match a competitors price'.
Unacceptable attitude was also accompanied by ineptitude. Various errors on all important travel documents. One of the most arrogant sales people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Fortunately, whilst on holiday.. the team member we spoke to when dealing with an emergency managed to do her job, hence earning the one star..
Must add that your sales pitch, which speaks of your pride in sending families away on stress free, safe holidays is also farcical.
Would love to say we returned de-stressed and happy, instead we returned with one member of the family injured, sustained using furniture that isn't fit for use..and dare I say damn right dangerous.
Thank god it wasn't one of our children. Never again.
I have to add that I think it odd that you ask for feedback prior to your customers holidays, explaining you seek feedback only on experience of your services, rather than the holiday. I seriously question that there are many customers who would feel happy to raise a complaint about poor service, prior to departure, knowing they may well require your services/help in the lead up to their departure date or whilst away on holiday.

Offered a good service but with several errors.
Offered a good service but with several errors. Initially gave us the wrong airline ref so couldn't check in online. We were then told by the airline we still couldn't check in with the new ref number as even though our eldest daughter was 12, we couldn't check in as the system was saying she was was under 12!!!!!! Apparently you can't check in kids online! Crazy I know. Got to the airport and they said they had never heard of that one before!!
Tots Too failed to organise the correct number of meals on the outbound flight so my youngest had to share our meal.
They did give us a call during the holiday when the hotel informed them of an issue we were having. The hotel sorted it for us.
Would use again but will expect a more thorough service considering the cost of the holiday.

Excellent from start to finish.
My contact was Dhiren. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and friendly. His information always accurate and he made the whole process easy
Would thoroughly recommend anyone with kids use this business to plan your upmarket holiday. Just because a hotel is 'great for kids' doesn't have to mean it is rubbish for Parents! These guys have captured that end of the market.
