I placed an order with Tops and Bottoms on the 14th April for a pair of Hoka shoes, and they arrived on the 27th April. On trying them they were to small so I returned them on the 28th, with a tracking receipt. Since I hadn't heard anything, I then had a email stating that the refund would be put in my bank. When I checked nothing went in and still hasn't as from today.
I have continued to email them on the 4th, 8th, 11th June and I've been ignored. I either want a refund or a bigger size (7)

Was real excited for my shoes but when I received them they sent a 10 instead of the 10.5 I asked for... i honestly cant fit them so now their just sitting..

Sent a text to Williams to order a pair of Nike Air Max 95’s. Williams responded within six minutes followed by a checkout link a couple minutes later.
