Judie was very helpful, not only in the ordering of the car lift but also in the exceptional service in helping me finding a place to get it installed. I’m working with therapy to use it and it is working great so far.

I reported this issue on July 30. I recieved the unit July 10. I sent video to Dale Garcia @Ewheels on July 30. I sent video to Shane @topmobility on Aug 5 via text message.
I would like a refund so I can go to a reputable business to buy another scooter that is not defective.
Top Mobility has a 30 day return policy. I am well within the 30 days. Top Mobility has decided not to honor that policy.
Shane was going to process a return yesterday. Now I have to wait for Ewheels to reach out to see what they want to do.
I will file in small claims court if I have to.
Do NOT use either of these companies.
The staff are patient and kind
The staff are patient and kind, no matter how many questions I ask. They have helped me several times in their shop at no charge. Ordered parts I needed and shipped directly to my address. Saving me a trip back to their store.

What an American company should be
Wonderful company that worked with my needs and got the lift shipped out in time for me to have it put on my car when the trailer hitch was put on. Every time I called the phone was answered with very pleasant workers that made me feel valued as a customer. They even saved me more money than I expected. This is a real American company that puts customers first. Thank you

I purchased on 7/3 but 2 days later received literature I should have been told at the time of purchase and it was about conditions on return. So on the 6th of July I cancelled. On the 8th i get an email it was shipped but when I called Roadrunner they said they didnt have the scooter. I called and left word to CANCEL. THEN on the 11th i am told it was shipped despite my cancelling. I called Shane a manager, at Top Mobility and told him to STOP THE SHIPPING since it was still in AZ but he said I would have to pay 10% restocking fee and shipping. NO I DONT SINCE I CANCELLED 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERING AND 5 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED. I am disputing the entire charge. In Florida the law says a consumer can cancel within 3 days without owing anything and truthfully they had plenty of time to stop this order but chose not to. I will refuse any delivery. I have ordered through Amazon where no issues on returns regardless.
