Knowledgeable and fast shipping!

Excellent service and product

Was packed very good. Easy to get out of box and assemble. Had a problem with tracking number , but your site chat feature was great. They checked on the problem and emailed me with update and estimated delivery date. The shipper ,Ward Trucking contacted me to set up delivery date and time. Very pleased. The scooter works great.

The product is as described. Drive as described. Arms can be raised. Can pull up to a table without a problem.

The lady talking to us was very helpful. Answered any question gave us a lot of good advice. We are very satisfied with the product.

Very helpful and friendly on the phone when ordering. Shipped out when they said. Nice to be able to track delivery. Everything was just as I ordered. Assembly was easy and smooth. I love it! Only thing a problem, and I know it's not Top Mobility's fault, is that the courier refused to bring it up to my suite, just in the front lobby on a wooden pallet. Maybe use a different courier company.

Quality and ease of using the scooter cover.

After it was installed on our 2024 Buick Enclave we discovered that when it is folded up, it blocks our backup camera. We never gave that any consideration. Any suggestions ?

First of all they actually have someone to talk to, lol. But the person I spoke to and I can't remember her name really took the time to understand my question and then get me an answer.

Sending the correct manual with CORRECT wiring diagram would be a GREAT START, and all required parts. Do you not have quality control?
