I received my scooter and had a difficult time opening it because a piece was jammed and over extended making it impossible..a tech was suppose to call me back..never did.. left several messages with no response to salesperson. I finally got the situation corrected and the chair is working fine now but a little guidance would have gone a long way (and it wasn't operator error since numerous people tried to resolve the issue)

Once set up and fully operational my wife finds the chair to be very comfortable.
The Go-Go Sport
I received the Go-Go Sport today for my wife. She did not want a scooter, but when she saw it as I was putting it together, she loved it. It was easy to put together and shipped quickly. I have the Victory, and I know the quality of Pride. This Go-Go is light and will fit into our SUV.

I had a fantastic experience with Top Mobility. My C-2 is great. I was not prepared for how difficult it is to lift the pieces and load into our GMC Sierra HD. The truck is lifted, which increases the difficulty. This has nothing to do with Top Mobility, but may help someone considering a Whill C-2. My daughter is able to assemble and disassemble easily. I am delighted with the function of my new C-2. The shipping was prompt. In our area, UPS is sloppy and frequently mishandles packages. My boxes were roughly handled and slammed onto the porch. One box had a large gash. The others were dented, but the packaging was so strong, nothing was damaged.

I brought a scooter and it was broken seatbelt, broken, front panel, broken and the gearshift broken. The companies in employees are very nice and helpful but nobody helped me, over $2000 for this scooter. I’m 70 years old it goes to fast because the gearshift changes on me. I was very disappointed. I was going to buy another scooter in January. I’ll never do this again.

Love the scooter
Love the scooter. Fast shipping to Hawaii. Which they do not cover but advertised that they did. I placed order with free shipping then got a call from them that shipping wasn't covered and it should have never been placed. Not my error. Told the agent I should get the shipping free. It was advertised and I placed the order. To my dismay they gave me 10% off with a discount coupon. I needed the scooter for my mom. So I took it. One thing with scooter. My mom is 4'11. She has to sit at edge of seat to reach pegs. On the passport 3 there is no way to adjust the seat forward. Just up and down. We will have to use a pillow for a backrest. It's light, you can fold it to travel with, and a moves forward and bsckward. They need to work on shipping to Hawaii.

Would have rated a 5 if the salesman would have known that Golden now sends TSA approved battery on the scooter. I had seen other sites selling with TSA battery and asked about it. He had to do some checking to find out that I was right. He ended up updating the online description while making the sale. He did a good job!
