I paid and asked for a specific manual…

I paid and asked for a specific manual instead i received a different manual. I wrote again and sent pictures of the appliance and was told they have passed the message onto the support group. The next mail i receive is that i have now a running subscription for Euro 29.00 a month. In other words i dont think they are a genuine company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I visited the topmanuel website for an instruction manual in December 2024. I agreed payment of 0.50€ for the manuel. In October 2025 I found that topmanuel had been taking 29.90€ from my credit card every month since December 2024... a total of 11 times 29.90€ = 328.90€ for a 0.50€ purchase!! A COMPLETE ILLEGAL SCAM. I contacted my credit card provider and topmanuel. topmanuel suggested paying me 0.50€ as compensation!!! I am presently following legal advice and have been told that this process is illegal both in Switzerland and in France. I have clear legal statements from the Swiss consumer society and am looking into taking legal action against topmanuel.

Subscription charges

Having accepted the terms and conditions, I had not realised that I had signed up for a subscription charging €29.90 per month.
This amount went undetected for 11 months by me and on requesting a refund I was advised that this would not be forthcoming.

I originally paid €0.49 to access a manual when my boiler broke down. Unfortunately, I did not find the appropriate manual so am doubly disappointed as I still had to call out an engineer to fix the problem which was chargeable.

All in all a very expensive experience. I will not be using this service again and would advise others against it.
