In my experience, this site is NOT A SCAM/arnaque, but you must use it very carefully. The manual selection is great, and they download well, but the cost is for a TRIAL period of 3 days for the site... See more

Positive experience. I inadvertently subscribed, wrote, communicated, and today I received the full amount in my account.
Thousands of thanks.
Micronova responded to my query quickly with a new set of instructions of use
The way this company manuals-help.com presents its services is horrendous, misleading and probably done that way to cheat and rob people. I was asked for 0.45 euros to purchase/download a manual I needed, and instead they charged (robbed) me 47 euros. What a shame. Disgusting. I want my money back now. Can I send pictures ?
This company locks customers with a 45 cents offer. In the general conditions however (that few people read), is written that it can be cancelled within 3 days. If you do NOT cancel, a MONTHLY FEE OF 47,90 euros is coming to you.
No need to say it's not a very serious site.
Complete scam. As others have also advised, a few pence is paid for a manual, no subscription set up or agreed to, then £40 attempted to be taken from your account on a weekly basis. Luckily my bank suspected fraud, but not all do. Beware! I assume positive reviews aren't genuine.
I was buying a car manual , and they charged small amount like a 0.45 euro . After one day they send a link to download pdf file manual and that's ok. Next day after, my account is charged again. Now with 45 euro reoccurring monthly subscription payment. It wasn't mentioned anywhere while i purchased manual. I called my bank and got advice to block my card. Is a scam.
They are scammers, paid 0.45 euros for nothing. They can't send a manual that is also published on their site. I even sent the link.
Wrong car. Mine is a Ford Focus Convertible. Year 2010.2.0 petrol engine. Can you try again to give me the correct manual information. Thanks. Martin.
You pay at first a small amount to order your notice and you receive it shortly after. Fine. Then a few days later they try to draw a larger amount using your credit card!..
Fortunately my bank rejected the withdrawal and warned me. But all banks may not do the same. Be careful and avoid the snare
It's simple. Their trick works like this. You get the idea that you are buying a manual for 0.45 ct., then you have a one-year contract on your hands, for 47.99 per month. You receive no confirmation of this, no contract sent. Nothing! No contact at all. So you are not aware that you have entered into this contract. (By the way ... why would anyone want such a contract? How many manuals do you need per month??!) Anyway, one finds out after 2 months, gone 100 euros!, the other only after a year, gone 600 euros!! If you cancel, you are suddenly flooded with e-mails in French. 'No problem, we will cancel it immediately'. Never received ANY e-mails before and now suddenly 3 in a row. That's the trick. 'We are easy to reach and answer immediately'. But if you are not aware that you have a contract, why would you contact them? All the positive reviews here on Trustpilot, are people who haven't checked their statements yet and don't know that they've been paying 47.99 for months now. To them: 'check your Mastercard or Visa statements!'Their listed under a different name: HPY*notices-help LONDON GBR. But they correspond in French ?!, not an easy language, treshold! Other reviews defend this site, but its construction is so murky that there is a good chance that you are 'mistaken', that is where their profit and the scam lies.
Excellent and fast service. They went out of their way to provide what I neede where oyher sites failed.
Paid EUR 47 for info available free in the net.

This is a scam! They try to take money from my accound without my permision 47.9 €
The query was farmed out to someone in France who, instead of finding instructions for my central heating thermostat, sent those for my mobile phone.
