Professional, quick and with the fantastic results- nothing more to ask for!

They didn't listen to anything I said and did what they wanted and had me sat there for 4 hours. I only booked in for a haircut. It resulted in a horrendous hairstyle with no consideration towards me and what they were putting me through. The student just stated that she had to pass on a particular process and that was that. I felt taken advantage of, my back was hurting and was upset that I just wanted to leave having been there so long. The student had finished but then had the cheek to say that I had to wait for the instructor's say so that I could leave and I could not leave until she signed me out. At this point it was nearly 5.30pm. I just got my coat and left with the student chasing me down the stairs for what I presume to make me sign out. I left the building as no one stops me from leaving anywhere especially when being given such a bad experience.

Kaz is the most experienced hairdresser I have ever been to. She knows what suits me but still listens to my preferences. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Katrina and her team are always so helpful, Katrina always full of suggestions with colour and cut…. Highly recommend x

Was seen by Drew. She was polite and friendly and highly knowledgeable and gave the best advice on how to cut my hair. I came in feeling low due to hair loss and thinning and just had dead hair which I wanted to just chop off completely! Drew reassured me, gave me the best haircut and I left feeling more confident! Will definitely be back to see her again!

I went to their Chelmsford branch, very bad experience. My highlight was orange, which is the last thing I wanted, and I was about to go on holiday. Then I went to the Stratford branch, and I was happy with my hair colour, so it depends on what branch you go to and the stylist.

I’ve spent a huge amount of time trying to resolve this and was met with very little accountability. For a brand with Toni & Guy’s reputation, the whole experience was incredibly disappointing — especially for something I had planned around a special occasion.

I wouldn’t return and I’d advise others to be cautious, particularly when booking ahead of important events.

Excellent. As usual Rob was phenomenal. Went for a restyle and gave great advice and turned out to be probably the best cut I’ve had The cut compliments my face shape, it takes years off my age (according to my friends) and looks great!

Great staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and important. Friendly environment and everything is done to make your visit enjoyable and always pleased with results of my visit.

My experience was great--from the wash and the soothing massage, to the haircut with Ella, charming and witty as ever, who cut it into a more manageable style that looks beautiful and will be more manageable. It feels great now! The whole service was worth the money.

Andra did a fabulous colour as always. I never worry about it how it’s going to turn out-she really knows what she’s doing!

Had my hair cut at Tony & Guy Bury st Edmund’s by Zoe - my hair had grown very long and thick from a short style and needed a complete overhaul!

I opted for shoulder length hair with an undercut to deal with thickness.

This has been an amazing cut but should have been costing £87 for 45 minutes work!

I intended to maintain the general cut by visiting the salon every 8 weeks but inbetween cuts needed the undercut shaving and tidying up!

I asked if someone could just shave the back of my hair - no wash or finish - 5 minute job and the answer was yes and it will cost you £55!!!!

I’m sure retaining customers is the order of the day and I’m in no way objecting to paying for this but £55 for a small patch of shaving is slightly off the mark …

I went to another hairdresser in Bury who was able to do this task in 4 minutes - cost £10!!!

Very bad experience at Kingston Upon Thames salon.
I was "restricted " , banned from attending their salon only because I dared to complain about the highlights. They were grey instead of blonde and I had shown pictures to the hairstylist.
They never refund me or fix the problem. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights 2015. Additionally I think behind this there is a discrimination. Perhaps they did not like my Italian accent or the fact that I am autistic. They are in breach of equality act 2010.
