Honestly, I had a great experience ordering from WK Hair Company...this might be the best and easiest purchase from all the other hair websites.
I chose the hair that I liked, made my purchase, got a confirmation email...and my hair arrived within 24 hrs!!
This hair looks really beautiful! It's full, soft & shiny... I tested the hair with a little water spritz which seems pretty easy to manage. :)

I can't even explain how appreciative I am of the customer service rep at West kiss. My birthday is in 2 days and helped me get my wig today omg. Like you don't understand how greatful I am. I contacted West kiss 3 days ago and let them know I need my hair best birthday is this weekend and they helped me find a wig in the USA store instead of waiting for the hair in China to arrive. They weren't mean or rude towards me which is so refreshing to see because baby I've met some rude CSR. That's y I always shop this store because they genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond for them. I can't wait to take cute pics in my new wig. Thank you again West kiss for coming through for me. I received my hair today yall toooooday like if that's not what great customer service means then Idk. You've made my birthday special 💕 thank you.

Very bad shipping services it been 13 days I still haven’t received my wig & the mess up part about it is they have no ideal where the package is DONOT waste ya time ordering from this merchant there are other merchants out there with good delivery services I though I give them a chance I though wrong now I’m out of 280.00$ with no wig & they are not tryer cancel the order or even respond to the open dispute I have against them very disappointed

I highly recommend West Kiss for your hair care needs. The product comes as pictured. Someone from the team always confirms your order, shipping details, etc. communication is excellent and I have been very pleased with all of my purchases.

Wig quality isn’t great. The smell is horrible, I’ve washed the wig at least 4 times and it still doesn’t smell great, STINKS, never had a wig smell this bad. Almost like it’s been excessively overprocessed. Curls don’t last at all in this wig (it’s a body wave wig). I’m so glad I only bought one wig from Westkiss. Don’t believe all the good reviews on TikTok and online. Emailed about being unhappy with the smell, and all they said was to wash thoroughly (I’ve washed it at least 4 times and it still stinks)! Only good thing was that at wig was a good length. Very disappointing as the wig was pricey, I’ve had shein wigs for half the price that were so much better.

Love the hair quality, and the company provides great guidance on customization. Had some delivery confusion when I requested a change to FedEx pickup. I took a few back and forth emails to get the right tracking information, but they did resolve it. The hair itself is exactly what I wanted, and their customer service team worked with me to sort out the shipping issue. Would order again!

Do not order from here unless you want to wait over a month for your wig to arrive after shipping. All they will say is they are URGING the courier to hurry with your delivery which means nothing when they’ve been “URGING”the courier for weeks—allegedly! Horrible experience! Do NOT recommend and will not use again!

This has been my 4th time ordering with West kiss hair. I have tried other brand, but west kiss has seem to be the most reliable brand and longevity when it comes to their hair. No tangle or much shedding.. the hair still has its volume and this is more than 2 months .Just received another hair in chocolate brown, the only issue I’m having is the split ends seem to be a lot. But I was able to make it work and it still came out good. Other then that I’m very pleased with my hair..

I ordered a wig Thursday morning a communicated that I needed the wig by Wednesday for my birthday a received it Monday morning. The wig was beautiful a full an I was communicated with until I got the wig this is my 4th purchase will be ordering again :)
