Great gift, fast shipping!
I ordered this as a gift to my friend in UK. It arrived fast and he told me he enjoyed the great assortment of snacks. I’m very pleased with that experience, it made me want to order it for myself.

Decent Variety!
I had always wanted to try the different flavour kitkats so this was an awesome way to do that!
The only minor let down was that I got a few that were duplicate flavours so really I got to try about 20 new flavours rather than 30.
I also got lots of extra wee snacks with my order which was a nice touch.

we love tasting all the Japanese kitkats and have been trying to get the butter flavour for a couple of years now, and finally got to taste it this Christmas, and it was yum, we especially like the tea and matcha flavours and this year i really loved the peach.still got over half a box left to try, arrived quicker than expected

Estimated arrival time off by a longshot
The expected arrival date was between 18-24 December and thats why I ordered it so I could gift it as a birthday present and i missed the birthday deadline by a longshot its the 5th of january and it still hasnt arrived

Sorry that your package didn't arrive on time for what you needed it for. Shipping delays are more frequent during the busy season, especially in Europe.
However, here is the message that was posted on our website from early november:
"To ensure that your gifts arrive on time, please place your orders before:- November 29 for delivery before Christmas- December 4 for delivery before New YearOrders placed after these dates are always welcome, but delivery before the holidays cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays from shipping carriers during the holiday season."
You placed your order on December 6th, and as such, it did not arrive before Christmas, as expected.
I have just checked your tracking number and there was a delivery attempt on December 31st. I will send you an email about it but please make sure to reschedule a delivery or go pick up your order at the nearest post office as soon as possible.

snacks come in shipping carton with labels attached. not presentable for gifting. Looks like a plain gift box on website. I emailed them about this and owner did not care. would not order from again

- Proposer nos produits à un prix plus accessible, en limitant les frais d'envoi.

Manga selection treats
I ordered the Manga selection as a gift. The recipients really enjoyed trying the different treats and loves the little included gifts (some sweets had collectable cards in them).
My only criticism is I couldn't see any way to send as a gift with a note.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sent a damaged product with a part missing. Refused to let me send it back and wouldn't help in way till I opened a case with PayPal. Then after I binned the product said I could return it!! Awful awful product and customer service

We would like to clarify the situation: the KitKats you received are the standard size in Japan. After you opened a PayPal case, we explained this and even after PayPal ruled in our favor, we offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that the products were already consumed, which unfortunately prevented a return.
