Worth trying
Although I haven't finished my box yet at the time of this writing and am still far from it, I've enjoyed it so far and I've appreciated the different tastes that Japanese snacks provide. I also appreciate that this service costs less than other similar services while still having a good number of snacks. The shipping took a while but was still in a reasonable amount of time considering that it came from Japan, and I got good customer service when I encountered issues as well. I recommend this service, and if you're curious about it, I say just go ahead and try it. If you don't like it, you can stop without any trouble, and if you do like it, it's the cheapest Japanese snack subscription service over time as far as I know. The free shipping is great because that's where so much cost is with other services. You don't have to pay extra for tariffs or based on how the yen is doing compared to the dollar either!

Fun and exciting: Tokyo Snack Box
There is genuine excitement in our family when the monthly Japanese snack box arrives. The box is roughly the size of a shoe carton and filled with savoury and sweet treats and always comes with some thing little extra, like a beautiful bookmark, a pen or some other whimsical item.
It's fun to try the contents of the box or puzzle about some of the odder products.
Customer service is lovely, too.

A Must Read Review for Indian who follow Hindu religion
As A indian who follow Hindu religion so we don't eat beef & pork I also emailed you that don't send snacks that have beef and pork but you still 2 items that have beef and 4 to 5 packet have pork so I'm going throw that snacks also after throwing that much i think it's not value for money for me it's completely waste of money I'm never going to buy again snacks box

After checking our mailbox, I can confirm that we have never received any email regarding your dietary restrictions, so I am not sure to whom you've sent these. There is also an option to leave a note (for customized order) when ordering and that was empty as well.

Its ok for first japanese snacks experience
Too much corn snacks and very small and light snacks. Also one order was completely overheated and most items were damaged and melted..
I would pay a bit more, but get better snacks for it. The bonus items are pretty :)

Rather disappointing
All in all, I'm quite disappointed. While they did keep their promise of 35 snacks, many of them were rather small, and the KitKat one was missing. The box itself also feels a bit… loveless – it's just a plain cardboard box with no design. Considering the high price, I expected more. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't buy it again.
