They give a size comparison so that you can compare with what you wear in other stores, my husband knew I wore size S at m&s and followed that but it’s not reflective and much smaller.

I was gifted a stunning gold bracelet as a special Christmas present, and I absolutely loved it. It was elegant, unique, and felt truly special every time I wore it.
Unfortunately, after only a handful of careful wears, the clasp or chain suddenly broke while I was out, the bracelet fell off, and it was gone. For a £165 piece of jewellery and only a handful of wears within 2 months, this was devastating - far too expensive to casually replace.
We reached out to Toa.st about it. While the acknowledgement from customer service was nice enough, and that the feedback we gave would be passed on - it didn’t really attempt to resolve the issue in any way.
I still admire the artistry and design,
but the unreliable clasp on an expensive item combined with the lack of meaningful support left me feeling let down and out of pocket. Potential buyers should be aware that durability may not match the price point or beauty.

I bought a pair of leather boots from Toast, a collaboration with Solovair, few years ago. Unfortunately, I was saddened to find out that after three winters the soles had split on both boots. While the sad reality is that nothing is made to last for a lifetime anymore, Toast customer service was really thoughtful and offered to cover a repair. This really shows that they live by their values, and I will definitely keep supporting this brand in the future with this reasurance.

I ordered an item that was lost in shipping. TOAST promptly refunded the shipping charges, and after looking for the item and not finding it, they quickly refunded the cost of the item. One month later, the lost item was delivered, and TOAST is now providing a UPS label for its return. Customer service agents were concerned and apologetic and took quick action.

I’ve been a toast customer for years, and really rate their approach to sustainability and style. However I recently made an expensive purchase on their website, decided it wasn’t for me when I received it, and returned it. It has been nearly three weeks since I received the email confirming return - and still no refund. This is an unacceptable timeframe to have to wait to receive a refund.

After 4 weeks was emailed to say I had not returned all the items via Harper and was charged (I had returned all items!) It has now been refunded but is really disappointing from Toast and Harper. Will not likely order from them again.
