Tailor Made provide a fast, friendly and very professional service. They contact the tenants directly and their reports come back the same day, all helping us to do our job and look efficient! We wouldn't use anyone else and would defiantly recommend them to other letting agents.

The team are super friendly, efficient and detailed within the reports they produce. Their system is user friendly, easily accessible and makes communication so much simpler but without losing that personal touch where customer service is concerned.

I have used Tailor Made Inventories for many years . As a new landlord with my first flat I met Sue Doughty in person outside my property . Personable , professional with a great eye for detail but most of all reliable. Over the years i bought more properties and I retained Tailor Made as my first and only choice . I do not use Agent recommended companies clerks because i want one that I know and trust . If I call or email Sue always remembers every detail and i get a immediate reply that takes some doing .
