Beautiful rubies and great customer service
For my 60th birthday, my husband bought me a beautiful ruby and lab grown diamond necklace from TJC and later ordered earrings to go with it. The earrings weren't quite right with the necklace so we sent those back and ordered different ones. We were out when they came so they got sent back, then redelivered. I am delighted with the necklace and the second pair of earrings and the customer service handling the returns was excellent. They gave us a refund for the first earnings.
The quality of the items is excellent and I would definitely order again, and in fact, have already ordered something else.

I had great difficulty to order the bag…there is no clear instructions to customers to redeem the offer from TJC. I had the same experience over the years and had the same issue again
I had great difficulty to order the bag 💼 I contacted customer care to order the bag and gave the order (code of £10 off for the next order) from TJC but was told that the code could not be applied, and only be used from (my side)? and it is the TJC policy. Eventually, as I have been a customer for the last 15 years, I was allowed to redeem the £10 for this one off only.

I ordered a reduced pair of gold bracelets from TJC.
The ordering was as always very simple and includes a no interest monthly payment choice should you want one.
They arrived quite promptly however albeit a lots tinier, and the extremely thin gold bracelet was a lot thinner than I expected.
However once I tried them on I do like the fact that they are very, very delicate looking and I do love them. I know that I would have sent them back if they were not half price.
