Terrible company
The stone fell out of my ring at the beginning of may so I contacted them,I had to wait for a return label for nearly to weeks (why couldn't they send me a QR code?)sent my ring back to be repaired,waited another 3wks for my ring to be sent back,guess what they sent me the wrong ring back,had to wait again for a return label and they wouldn't send my repaired ring back until they got the wrong item back,iv only just got my repaired ring back (11/07/26)absolutely ridiculous,will not purchase anything from them again.

We have investigated your query and found that, following the initial repair, your ring was mistakenly re-plated with a yellow gold overlay instead of its original rose gold overlay. Once this error was identified, the ring needed to be returned so that the correct rose gold plating could be completed. We appreciate that this meant you had to return the ring for a second time, resulting in further delays, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We also understand your comments regarding the return label. Unfortunately, the prepaid Royal Mail return service we use does not provide QR codes, so we are required to manually generate and send prepaid return labels to our customers.
We fully acknowledge that the incorrect plating was due to human error, and we have taken the appropriate steps to address your concerns. We hope these actions go some way towards restoring your confidence in our service.

I have a 29 email exchangeswith customer service disputing my purchase. my purchase was promoted as a lab grown diamond however 2 separate jewellers, on testing, confirmed the stone is moissanite. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made of silicon carbide. other jeweller on testing confirmed CZ. TJC customer service are in receipt of my order number, my payment details, the registered email address of my purchase but yet still fail to provide me with confirmation that my purchase is a lab grown diamond. i have had 3 purchases from this site and am appalled by how i am being treated, they are totally deflecting. i have lodged a formal complaint, asked to speak to their head office and they keep coming back asking for the same information x 29 email exchanges!!!!
Please if you have made any purchases stating lab grown diamonds please pop into a jewellers to have these checked by
a Diamond and moissanite tester (dual tester) which Measures: Both thermal and electrical conductivity.

responding to TJC response - the registered account holder made contact with customer service on several occasions to be advised that I had to submit from the independent jewellers a written evaluation that stated the ring was not a lab grown diamond. TJC were advised i was not willing to pay a jewellers for proof of authenticity and that TJC should be supplying this with my purchase. After FURTHER email exchanges and a lengthy conversation with customer services I’ve received a call today to say that I will be provided with proof that ring is a lab grown diamond so I will await receipt, again just relying on the word or TJC
