Why is Chris st valery telling us that 9ct gold is over £240 a gram when It’s £34 a gram. His lies are as bad as his random singing. Even my favourite presenter mark is getting on my nerves with his fake shock look, as though he’s doing us a favour. Then there’s him and Andy h referring to a Mr Gupta. Don’t the management realise they are taking the P and may I suggest racist and stereotypical. It’s not funny.

Expensive to return faulty product
I have used TJC several times with little to no issue; however, I recently had to return a bracelet as it had a faulty clasp. TJC was very aware of the fault with this product as many reviewers had commented on it (unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I bought it!).
In fairness, TJC was very quick to respond to my concern about the bracelet and told me to return it using the “pre-paid” label. However, the only label in the bag was not pre-paid and I had to pay £5.30 to return the item. TJC asked me to provide proof of the charge, which I did, but they never refunded it. To expect your customers to pay to return a FAULTY item, which has been referenced several times by customers, is appalling. The replacement they sent had a different clasp (it was the clasp that was faulty on the original), so they were clearly aware that this was a design fault on the bracelet and not a one-off. For this reason, I would be very wary of buying from them again.
