While the presenters did their job well…
While the presenters did their job well unfortunately ordering on line was more difficult. Just kept getting message of technical problems. On trying to place the order by phone, I managed without problems. Then when package arrived the wrong colour was received. This has been returned but to date no acknowledgement has been made. Poor after service.

Bag was not as expected, although delivered promptly. I wasn't happy at the £4.00 taken from my refund, for return for postage though - seemed a bit much.
Edit: Since posting the above, TJC have refunded the postage, for which I am very grateful.
