However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

Lovely watch but it didn’t work
Lovely watch but it didn’t work, also looked like it had been sent out before and returned, labels were not attached to watch and plastic seal on back was scratched. Not impressed!

No item received
Placed an order, no updates received, after 5 days reached out via chat to try to gain any insight into when I would receive product. Was told it was now out of stock so would not be sent… no communication of this prior! Refund requested will clear in a couple of days…will not use in future
Update to review, 10.07.26, TJC customer services recached out to me to resolve this matter, they have offered a full refund and a replacement item. I have included a copy of their communication below. Obviously in light of my previous experience, I will hold on with my editing of my rating, until I have a) the funds returned to my account, and b) whether I receive a replacement item. If these occur then I will definitely not rate this company 1 star. I am pleased that they appear to take customer satisfaction seriously.
We recently came across your Trustpilot review and would like to sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience.
We have investigated your order and found that, unfortunately, there was an unexpected shortage of stock, which meant we were unable to fulfil your original order and had to process a refund. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you were not informed before contacting us, and we're sorry for the lack of communication.
As a gesture of goodwill, we've arranged a free-of-charge replacement order for you under order number 0036278942. We hope this goes some way towards restoring your trust in us and demonstrates our commitment to making things right.

First of all, you must be honest with your customers! I ordered a bracelet, after open my parcel,I noticed the tag is attached outside the bag of the bracelet !!!!!! Why should I ring your customer service few times and explain the matter ? All they said was to return it, no apologies.
