useless customer service
ordered tires that were in stock in mid-December -25, received 3 of them on the 7th of January, had to re-order the last tire.. 2 weeks later they were apparently out of stock.. had to cancel the order, and sent the 3 back, yes I got.. there were supposed to be 2 refunds, in early January, one for 3 days went pretty fast, still waiting, now in early March, I haven't received the 4th tire, customer service is useless and can't help in any way..
contacted trustly, but according to them they have no info about that refund, the reference number they asked me for, tirendo's customer service can't give me.. waited 3 weeks now for a refund certificate from the finance department..
