ordered tires that were in stock in mid-December -25, received 3 of them on the 7th of January, had to re-order the last tire.. 2 weeks later they were apparently out of stock.. had to cancel the order, and sent the 3 back, yes I got.. there were supposed to be 2 refunds, in early January, one for 3 days went pretty fast, still waiting, now in early March, I haven't received the 4th tire, customer service is useless and can't help in any way..

contacted trustly, but according to them they have no info about that refund, the reference number they asked me for, tirendo's customer service can't give me.. waited 3 weeks now for a refund certificate from the finance department..

Ordered a tire in end of may 2025. Tire manufacturing date is 0923. So the tire was 19-20 months old at delivery. I think that is quite old actually and did not expect that. Tire was wrapped in thin plastic that broke in transit. Address label was destroyed and had to wait another week for postal to find it in broken parcel storage. Could be better packaging from delivery.

Simple to understand, had the tyres that I needed, easy webbsite, quick delivery with notifications of delivery progress, best prices

Unbelievably bad. "2-5 days" shipping they say. After 1 month I cancelled my order, since it still hadn't been shipped. I asked them several times where my order was and when it would be shipped. The e-mails got no response. When I called (and finally got ahold of them, the waiting time is absolutely terrible) I got something like "it isn't our fault" and no real answer as to when they would ship. Don't let the prices fool you. You won't get your order.

Oh, and please don't give me the copy pasted response to this review like you did to all other reviews. It's just another emberassing proof of laziness and terrible service.
