The delivery time isn’t correct. It says 2-4 working days, i purchased four tires on Sunday, now it’s Thursday and they didn’t even sent them yet. When i spoke to them they lied and said it says 6 working days, i sent them a screenshot says 2-4 days they stopped responding. A very bad experience this the second time i purchase from them but this one will be the last. Find an honest merchant don’t waste your time and money.

First of all what you are saying isn’t true, it is not even the season, the last day to change the tires from winter tires to the summer tires is 15-04-2026. And now it’s 17-04-2026. So you shouldn’t have that much trouble getting them out to your customers.
Second, when first I contacted your customer service they lied and said it takes up to six days for delivery, thanks God i took a screenshot before i purchase them and it says 2-4 days and i sent that screenshot to your customer service and they stopped replying.
Third till this moment 17-04-2026 12:27 and yet i didn’t receive them, despite the fact that i purchased them on Sunday 12-04-2026.
My recommendation to those who read my review and based on my experience, don’t waste your time and money, it was a terrible experience because of them i can’t drive my car now till i get their magical tires being sent to me.

Terrible customer support and 0% fitting guarantee! I order 4 complete wheels by entering the cars plate number. Ordered rims + tyres that was shown to me on the site that would fit my car. They didn't. I got the wrong size rims, and I also got 4 tyres that were all meant to be on the back axis of the car (too broad to be used as front tyres). After the front rim had made damage to my car after mounting it I emailed customer service to make a reclaim. They answered that it is my (the customers) own responsibility to make sure that the wheels fit the car. After a couple of emails back and forth they simply replied that "this errand is closed" and stopped replying. I've never been treated worse by a company!
A formal complaint will be made for false advertising. I recommend people to STAY AWAY from this company!
Update: I have now filed a formal complaint to Konsumentverket for false advertising regarding their "100% fitting guarantee"
Reply: Funny that you say "we're sorry that the wheels didn't fit". That helps me absolutely nothing, since you refuse to accept a return of the wheels and the email conversations we've had is just ended by you saying "we will close this issue on our side now, good bye" and stop replying.

Ordered 4 winter wheels with TPMS sensors. After mounting them i discovered that all the sensors were not OK. Had to drive to a work shop and have them trouble shoot and fix problem (a sensor in one of the wheels was delivered unprogrammed). That costed me 80 Euro. I tried to get compensation from BytHjul but without success.

I didn’t get my tires at all! They were 5 days delayed initially, then the workshop i chose on their website was suddenly closed. My tires were not delivered after these 5 days. After that I e-mailed them many times, no reaction. They said on the phone they would email me, didn’t happen. They said they would call back, never happened. When i called them a few times they couldn’t tell me where my tires were. Waited for a month, then called them again, to ask where my tires were for the third time. Then somebody suddenly told me, that they were out of stock. So, what was the solution? Cancel the order! no help whatsoever or courtesy from bythjul. And i am left with no winter tyres

Good part:
Somewhat delayed delivery, but they were pro-active and let me know about it.
Bad part:
I ordered complete wheels. The tyres were rated for a maximum 3.5 bars. Three tyres where inflated to 4 bars, and the last one at a whopping 6.7 bars. I'm a bit worried of that last tyres structural integrity.
Anywho, I also ordered TPMS valves compatible with my car. No luck getting them detected by my car, so I took it to my local mekonomen. They tried the same with their car-specific gear, and TPMS programmers. Concluded that they were defect (I haven't had the tyres removed to see if there actually are any sensors at all on the inside).
I contacted bythjul.com to make a complaint about the sensors. They replied after a few days that they were very busy. I followed up after a week, but still no reply.

Sverige at 13:00. I got there at 13:00 - I was invited to wait for 60 minutes - for my turn to come. after that the normal instalation time of 30 minutes. All this due to the delays of previous works - which pushed mine later.
They could let me know - since they had my contact.
The mechanic was nice though, to explain the situation.

Have waited a month for my tires and they only send 3 when I ordered 4.... They don't answer mails they phone I open for 3 hours and when you get hold of Patrick he tells you that he will investigate and hangs up...

I am still waiting for their reply on my last emails.
I want return the sensors, need an adress and how should we do it, they replied once that they agree in paying the cost for removing the failed sensors but their last contact with me is from 10 days ago.
They managed to read and give feedback here instead of replying my last email (with no real solution, so I am trying it again to see if someone replies me for real).
I want the adress to send the sensors and want the payment for the removal of the sensors, I sent it Monday last week, but I have not heard a word from them.
Please improve your costumer service. I will not recommend you to any of my friends. Really poor experience. I had an issue with Amazon another day, amazing costumer service, quick answers and solutions. Costumer satisfaction in first place.

I sent the package on 3rd December l, sent pictures. It was delivered on 8th December. Until today, no answer from them on when they will refund me. I just want to conclude this, please solve my case.

Wheels did not fit. Brake calipers in the way. No response on mail. No phone number that leads to a person only FAQ in phone format. You need to change to 0 % fit guarantee. Can you just respond so I can return the wheels. I have had to order from somewhere else.

Ordering winter tiers and deliver to a nearby workshop. Went there to my booked time and found out that they only got three delivered. Call customer service that made a complaint. I was told that they would contact me in near future. After 3 days i call again and they havent even seen on this and the reason was that it has started to snow now so they where busy. They blame it on DSV. i checked with DSV by my selves and they only got 3 tiers delivered. So: here i am payed for tiers that havent been delivered and not a sound from byt hjul.
Shame on you !!!!

I ordered two sets of tires. One was available in the garage, the other set was missing. No telephone support during weekends.
The set which did arrived was manufactured 39/23. That is over 2 years from today.

Ordered 4 winter dires on sunday 19/10 and booked shifting for 24/10. The shipment were booked by bythjul with DSV on 2025-10-21 03:45 and pickup req. in Gothenburg on 2025-10-21. The shipment was scheduled to be delivered on 2025-10-23 according to DSV tracking page. The booked shifting of tires was scheduled for today 2025-10-24 but still no sign of the tires being delivered.
The tracking page states IN TRANSIT with estimated delivery 2025-10-24 07:15-09:15 and the time is now 2025-10-24 12:50 !!!!
DSV sucks !!!
UPDATE 2025-10-24: Going to the place where they shift the tires, I found out that the tires had arrived and they managed to shift them for me.
I'm happy with the tires and bythjul but not the delivery company DSV who still indicates the shipment is in-transit.
