Ordered a TIPM for a jeep, one ship from them, once plugged in, going by their directions to a T, gave 34 codes, called them, was told to send it back, got a partial refund. Defective product and this is what they do. If I could give 0 stars I would, customer service sucks, can't speak English. I sent a diag report back with TIPM from my scanner, didn't mean shit. Buyer beware, don't recommend at all.

I bought a used connector from them thought it would be in really good condition but it is not.

From the gate MAKS were very profesional and courteous. Located my T.I.P.M. purchased from the website. Paid. Delivery was very good. Replaced it,and now I'm back on the road and in record speed and very cost efficient too. 5 out of 5,am recommending to anyone who asks THANK YOU VERY MUCH MAKS!!!!

The first of all, there are always helpful people on the telephone to guide you with any questions you may have. Once I determine the part I needed they sent it in a timely fashion. It was affordable and easy instructions to install which I have done once before. I sent them apart to be inspected and repaired. And they found that there was no defect in it and sent it back. Which meant the Dodge company in my Hometown was trying to rip me off.. I will continue to use MAK in the future if necessary.

Communication was good. Shipping was good. Repair has solved our issue. It would have been nice to have a note as to what they found wrong. Otherwise happy with outcome!

Ordered multiple connectors from wire harness to TIPM for my 2007 Wrangler. The connectors were delivered quickly. Out of the 5 ordered, one had the pivot post broken off which is exactly what had happened to my existing one. The remaining 4 were in good condition and I was able to utilize. At $5 a piece, beats going to the pick and pull and pulling them off myself. Especially jeeps are typically raped already at the pick and pull.

The part arrived quickly and installed without issue.

Was pleased with the price and easy return of TIMP. Only issue is with locking truck. Locks, but no horn or lights flashing occur when locking with key pod. Any advice?

yes I received it but it is not wired correctly ,when I connect it to battery it cranks over with KEY out of ignition and both fuse and relay out

Because I canceled it before it was even shipped and I don't need anymore I need to return it for the second and third time
