What a great experience. Great service, good to see a small business employing people. The rebuilt TIPM was really nice. I work in electronics contract manufacturing. I know good work when I see it. The install was flawless, one soft reset and everything works great. I’ll be sending the core back on Monday. Great to see a company keeping old rigs on the road.

Was looking for an option other than just a jumper which I felt was not safe for the long term. I read your option and felt it what I was looking. I ordered with a 2 day delivery. The price was very reasonable when compared to dealer repair. Thanks to your designers who work to come up with solutions to poor designs by today's auto industry. Most auto dealers are trained as parts replacers or code readers. Many have relied on a machine to tell them how to fix an issue.

I refuse to work on my vehicle myself because it's simply not my skill set, however, after watching MAK's very detailed video on how to replace the TIPM, I felt confident enough to try it myself. Even when I got stuck I just went back to the video and of course there was the answer, I had just glossed over it the first time.

My customer service experience with Franz Sr was a great one and they remained professional and friendly even though I started off the experience by being cranky. I really appreciate their willingness to make their customers happy!

I was very surprised to get hit with such a huge restocking fee tagged as a “rental fee” after installing it to discover it didn’t fix my issue and removing it the same day.

They have been professional and very helpful. I did have a number of problems, all due to my vans condition. It had a number of ground problems that had corrosion starting to grow at different location near the column at c pillar and under the TImp box. It became better at this point!
Know I found a positive battery terminal causing the battery light to come on at different times! This also caused different lights, like the abs, traction control, air bag lights.
Fixed battery terminal and have not had any more lights. Think it has been fixed!!
