Almost 2 months to be shipped
So, it's the third time I order something from them, and 3 times it's gone wrong. First time weeks of waiting, but ok. Second time the order was shipped after WEEKS and finally didn't get delivered, because of an unknown error, no notice, so I placed a third order so I could finally get my birthday present. This order has been going on for nearly a month without ANY NOTICE. I had to email them myself about the status. It seemed an item that I ordered was out of stock or something. It's been WEEKS! Almost 2 months! Products are nice, but their service is horrendous.

Ordered a t-shirt for my boyfriend and unfortunately it was the wrong size (my bad!). I reached out to the team and they responded super quickly. As soon as I sent proof of postage for the return, they sent the replacement and it arrived really fast. My boyfriend loves the t-shirt!

2 months since order still not received
Ordered items from UAE at beginning of August. It’s now beginning of October and still waiting. Items appear to have been lost at customs. They have been reordered but still haven’t left the warehouse. Really poor. One of the team has been helping over email, but still don’t have my order 2 months later. Probably my first and last order from thundernoise.

Hi Nasser! The delivery time of your package after customs clearance is beyond our control, as it is up to customs to release the package for delivery and this time is not always the same, sorry.
Do not order if from the UK
Do not recommend if ordering from the UK. Whilst their site says customs duties are for the customer, I assumed they would at least try to abide by the customs rules, but no. All orders from EU to UK under £135 should be free of customs tax - I’ve had loads from Spain and Italy that do the process necessary and are customs free - it’s easy. Thundernoise did not so a £66 order had a £23 customs charge put on it. Their customer service didn’t care. So please don’t order if from the UK as they really can’t be bothered to even do the basics. Was also really really slow. Not trustworthy at all.
