That's not good!

It's astonishing that one has to wait weeks and weeks for return information – yet more and more questions about satisfaction are being asked – but the return label is missing! That's not good!

Rubbish

Rubbish.
I ordered two T shirts. Delivery was promised in 5 working days. It took over three weeks. I wrote to them as one of the Ts was for my daughters birthday. Which I missed. Worst still the time before when I ordered they were late. Avoid

Manu e-mails, no products

4 weeks after my order i still have no product… but its a great firm because while they know they still didnt deliver the shirt I still received 3 e-mails asking for a review, so Here you got your review. Can I now get my shirt?

Very slow shipping

Similar to other reviewers here, I have also not had much shipping information provided. Placed my order on 15th August hoping to receive it by mid September as the tee shirts I bought were birthday gifts but unfortunately I still have yet to receive it. After following up twice with the team and asking for a refund in my second email were they then able to share shipping information. In the first email response from them they also said that they were not able to provide me with an exact delivery date. According to the tracking updates I can see that my parcel was only mailed out on 9th September.

No Product, No Refund, No Customer Service

I placed an order on August 19th for two t-shirts, but after more than three weeks I still haven’t received anything. I contacted their customer service several times to ask about the status of my order or at least to request a refund, but I never got a reply. Looking at other reviews here on Trustpilot, it seems I’m not the only one with this kind of experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service – I definitely would not recommend this brand.

Order not received

Order not received within 2 weeks, even if the message was "4-5 working days". Do you work 4-5 days in 2 weeks? Nice, then I would like to work there too! The biggest problem isn't waiting btw. It is that I texted them two times and received no answer, so, as far as I know, they stole my money.

No contact, no infos, no product

I’ve placed my order two weeks ago, no shipping information whatsoever. I tried to contact them via mail (they have typeform, not even showing an email), via instagram, and, you guessed it, no response. I don’t know anything about my order and I’m starting to think it will never arrive

Edit: they did answer after this review, still no trace of the order though.

Don‘t buy at this store

6 months ago I ordered a jeans jacket which I never received. After I wrote a massage and explained the problem he sent me 30$ although I paid 80$.
since 15 July I‘m trying to get the remaining 50$ back with no response to my requests. Well, once he told me he would check it out when „he’s home“. That was on 18 August.
So, customer service is a catastrophe and I don‘t recommend this shop.
This wasn’t the first time I had to make this experience, it’s the second one.
It’s impudent and I‘m more than upset.
