Received the wrong item was told I would get a slip to return the wrong one before they could send the right one. Still waiting 2 weeks later not received anything. Very poor service

I paid for gift packing on 2 bottles and they arrived - so tatty and shoddy - I emailed Threshers immediately but they have not responded. I am so pleased I sent a test order before the main order of sponsor gifts. Shoddy and tatty customer service as well.
