Different items received and refused full refund
Ordered a negroni box that clearly stated Campari as part of the box in text and picture. Received a box with select instead - different strength and taste. False advertising and wasting my time.
Requested refund and told to basically accept it or pay myself to send it back.
Once sent back received a refund minus the delivery cost I paid to receive it.
So I’m out of pocket by a tenner paying postage both ways and these absolute shysters haven’t lost a penny.
Joke of a company will be telling anyone I know to avoid and writing reviews anywhere I can
Update: the professional thing to do would be to contact me and ask whether I would like to proceed before sending it. Another professional thing to do would be to alter the wording and stare clearly that ingredients can vary. Regarding the discount you offered 10% off so about 2 quid - pathetic. You absolutely could and should refund the amount we are out of pocket considering it was a mistake on your part. Very misleading advertising which I might refer to trading standards as a matter of principle.

We're very sorry you are not happy with the Negroni box. Unfortunately Campari have stopped producing 5cl bottles which meant we had to replace it with an equivalent. Rather than remove the Negroni box entirely, we have replaced Campari with an alternative that still makes an excellent Negroni cocktail.
We did offer you a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, but as we sell this as a "Negroni Cocktail Gift Box" and not a "Campari Cocktail Gift Box" we were unable to take it back and cover the postage costs.
Once again we are sorry you were not happy with your purchase but we hope you have a fantastic Christmas nonetheless :-)

Great gift and great value. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered the gift for some family over Christmas. However, they told me that the box in which the cocktail kit comes in is excellent and good quality. They really enjoyed making the cocktails and we took the opportunity of buying the extra tools kit so they could have the whole experience. I’ll definitely buy this again.
