BUYER BEWARE…..Ordered Jameson black barrel received…
Ordered Jameson black barrel received black barrel ‘reserve series’, different whisky different taste. Looking at the reviews about threshers on here they only reply when it’s a complimentary review, the phone contact numbers are out of service and they don’t respond to your emails except for an automated response.
Disappointing especially when the product photo is not of the product they send out, could be considered misleading. WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN IF I COULD SCORE ZERO I WOULD.

Poor service
Delivery company didn't deliver as promised on the day and the following day. Caused a great deal of trouble and expense waiting in for them. Threshers have refunded the money but the worst of it is neither the delivery company nor Threshers have bothered to have the common courtesy and good grace to explain what the alleged "problems in our area" were that precluded the delivery. Based on this experience and level of customer service I would not order items from Threshers in the future.

Brilliant service
I recently ordered a bottle of brandy from Threshers Wine Online as a birthday present for a 50-year-old boy (because apparently some boys just get taller and more expensive 🎉).
When the package arrived, the casing was cracked. Not exactly the “aged to perfection” look we were going for. Slight panic. Mild dramatic sighing. Birthday countdown officially underway.
I emailed Threshers expecting the usual modern customer service experience — you know, a polite robot named “Support Team” promising to “value my query” sometime before retirement age.
Instead? A real human replied almost immediately. No scripts. No fuss. Just genuine help. They sent out a replacement straight away, and it arrived the very next day. Birthday officially saved. The 50-year-old boy remained blissfully unaware of the near-brandy crisis.
In a world where customer service can often feel automated, robotic, and copy-pasted, this was refreshingly brilliant. Fast, friendly, and actually caring — which is rarer than a decent bottle of brandy at supermarket prices.
Huge thanks to the team for turning a potential birthday disaster into a smooth celebration. I’ll definitely be ordering again — though hopefully with fewer plot twists next time! 🥃

Awful company with NO customer service
Ordered a gift from Threshers weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed multiple times and they never respond. None of their phone numbers work.
They have simply stolen my money. Avoid this company as if you have issues you will have no way of resolving them.

No delivery, no resolution
Placed an order on 6th December for next day delivery but stillnhavent received it. Contacted Threshers several times to be told the order was delivered on the 12th, which is completely untrue. Threshers will not answer my emails and offer no other way to contact them. Eventually gave up trying to get answers on the 22nd and got Paypal to resolve the issue and force a refund from Threshers. Terroble customer service I'm afraid

I ordered a advent gin calendar, first time I ordered it, things went well.
But I wasn't sure I could afford it so I stopped the transaction.
So when I tried to reorder it I made a mistake and didn't realise till I got the confirmation email. So I emailed the straight away and they changed the address for me. The person we purchased it for is very happy with it.

I bought 5 bottles with screw caps and…
I bought 5 bottles with screw caps and not ONE of them I’m able to open. When I turn the top the whole cap moves and won’t twist off. Gutted as this is NOT the first time this has happened when buying off Threshers website. I am waiting for customer service to email me back 😞
