Worst service, Don't use.
When I booked I was told that you would receive your luggage in 3 days But even after 10 days they did not transport my luggage, it remained at the same location. They don't even pick up the phone, they make fool, the service on the phone is very bad, please don't use it.

Worst Packer and Mover Service
I used their services for packing and shifting from Bangalore to another city in the North.
Really poor and pathetic service. All fragile items are broken. Some expensive items are stolen. No unloading was done by them despite being included in the initial agreement.
Tldr - Shoddy service all around. Won't recommend. Save your money and look for a different vendor.

Timely, hassle-free and safe service
I've used their service twice to deliver 2 boxes and then 1 box with clothes and books from Bengaluru to Mumbai. I was worried about the boxes getting soaked due to the rains but the delivery from the point of collection to delivery which took 3-4 days was on time and reached perfectly safe and in good condition. A big thank you to The Transporter team !!!

Good value for money
Good value for money. Easy pick up and delivery. Not giving 5 starts mainly as they charged me extra for packing and showed the box will be shrink wrapped, but it wasn’t done. Only tape was used to secure the box and this additional charge shouldn’t have been taken.

4 large cartons handled well
I sent 4 cartons containing old children novels and story books; was extremely nervous the cartons would get wet due to rain - but Rohit and team managed well. The pick-up was on time and as commited but the delivery was delayed by a day - however the service through Rohit’s follow-up and the dedication of the delivery team was well done. The parcels were not delivered to the destination. They were lying at the same place for 4 days. After lot of follow ups also it was not delivered and the team was not at all bothered. Finally, my father had to go to their warehouse and picked the parcels.

Reasonable price with timely delivery.
I used this service for the first time for sending 55 kg of luggage from Mumbai to Chennai. Had all my conversations with Rohit and he assured me the service will be from door to door. It was picked up on time as promised. Truly impressed with two things - 1. the service offered at a competitive price as compared to branded courier companies. 2. The delivery time was three days whereas others asked for a week.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone interested in courier. More than happy to find them. My rating is 5+ Thank you!
