Extremely Disappointing Experience with The Transporter Packers and Movers - Never Trust Them
I entrusted The Transporter Packers and Movers with a parcel containing clothes and home decor items, which was sent from Gurugram to Delhi on 1st January 2025. The LRN number was 272796006. It has now been over 12 days, and my parcel is still missing with no delivery in sight.
Despite several attempts to contact customer support, I received no solid response. The representative I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy toward my concerns. The parcel was valued at ₹50,000, and due to this delay, I have already lost around ₹2,00,000 in business over the past 10 days.
This experience has been nothing but frustration and loss. I strongly advise against using The Transporter Packers and Movers for any logistics needs. They clearly lack the competence to handle shipments properly. I will be pursuing legal action soon, and I will never recommend their services to anyone.

Please don’t trust this company, it is a big fraud and money making company. They will take your stuff and charges for delivery, then neither deliver your product nor will the attend any call. Most shameless people I have ever came across. Stay away from these people if you want your product and materials to be safe and delivered. I have all the proofs and call history if someone don’t believe me.

Reliable transporters. I was initially a little hesitant to send my Yamaha Music Keyboard by road. However, since it was in OEM packaging, I took the risk of sending it from Goa to Bangalore.
They not only delivered it promptly, but it also looked intact.

The transporter review
The team responses are very prompt and polite. Amit (Transporter employee) has done a great job in creating a great ecosystem for his customers and talks politely all the time. The pickup and packing of stuff was done really well and no harm to the package was done.
The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks from the date of receiving which was a point of concern and could be improved with time. Else would really recommend others to use their services.
