The service from the Silent Disco Company was excellent - only slightly let down by DPD who had a technical error when delivering which meant I had to chase them to get the parcel delivered. But that's not the fault of Sident Disco Company - rather it's a risk when getting anything delivered rather than collecting in person. But the good thing was that the parcel delivery date is usually a day earlier than needed to allow for such issues. The karaoke kit itself was fantastic and in good working order - many. thanks.

Hired a screen, headphones and dvd player for a tv series showing for a birthday party of 41 people. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Great communication just before the event to ensure the team had all they needed.
On the day the guys were professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They unloaded and set up everything and operated everything and packed up everything. Set up and takedown was surprisingly quick too!
The headphones for the sound were a great idea.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Perfect service start to finish - and the equipment worked perfectly … was so much fun !!!

Awful. Ordered silent disco kit for party, they sent a couple of lights, a smoke machine with no smoke fluid and no silent disco equipment whatsoever. No headphones, receivers. Nothing. Customer service didn’t respond or return calls. An absolute disgrace and it wrecked our planned party. Use somebody else, they can’t even get the most simple thing right.

Really fantastic service. Silent disco very easy to set up. Booking process effortless. Really good quality equipment and good disco light too! It made for a very memorable party. My only feedback is in respect of the couriers used - they were 2.5hrs late delivering and 3hrs late collecting which did impact on our days. That said the company sorted out an alternative way to return and I would still use them again.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with The Silent Disco Company. Unfortunately, the equipment they provided was consistently faulty—many headsets didn’t connect, and the sound quality was poor. Moreover, the headphones were absolutely filthy, which was unacceptable. The whole operation was disorganized: deliveries were late, instructions unclear, and the staff exhibited appalling customer service—no accountability, no solutions, and no apologies. To make matters worse, it was extremely overpriced, especially for the abysmal service we received. I cannot recommend this company in any capacity, and I strongly urge others to seek a more professional and reasonably priced provider

We used the Silent Disco Company for our wedding, the DJ linked up their equipment to it easily. We issued the headphones to our guests and away we went. Everyone had a fantastic time and loved every minute. We absolutely hire again from you as it was so easy but also so much fun!! Thank you for making our Wedding day special.

Excellent company, would highly recommend!

As a professional event manager, I was a little anxious about doing a dry hire for headsets as we usually rely on a technician for this. No need to worry though, the kit arrived on time and was really well packaged with clear instructions on how to set up, including a video tutorial. It was super easy! The silent disco was amazing and the equipment was top notch and in budget!! Win win. I'd recommend the Silent Disco Company - in fact we've already booked them for another event!

We used The Silent Disco Company for our event. We hired the silent disco with 3 transmitters and 50 headsets. This was the 3rd time we had used the company. On all occasions we found the company helpful and the equipment easy to use, hence why we keep returning. If we ever needed any help they were there at the end of the phone.

The silent disco company was very efficient, booking was easy and the drop off & pick ups were spot on. The equipment was easy to use and made for a fantastic event.
