Iinitially I emailed Silent disco just for info but they were so professional and explained things so well I decided to go for them. The whole process was extremely well managed and straight forward and set up was completely foolproof even for us 60-70 year oldies. We had 4 roaming mics and a huuuge selection of songs. The screen and system was fabulous and I would rent one again for any future party. Thanks Guys you were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

From ordering to delivery to pick up, everything went smoothly.
The machine, once we got it up and running, thanks to FaceTime, was just amazing.

Just awesome, the karaoke machine was a massive hit. Ordering and shipping was super simple, and they were there to help me immediately when I was being a Muppet and couldn't find the on button :-).

We had an amazing and fantastic time using the silent disco for a hen do. It was easy to put together with the instructions given. It was made easier that they delivered day before the event and day after the event. Great correspondence. Will definitely use them again

We ordered from Silent Disco Guys for a charity event - the bubble and smoke machines worked but were slightly temperamental. The premium headsets and the 5 in 1 lights, however, were perfect - headsets worked exactly as we'd hoped, great sound quality, comfy to wear, quick and easy to set up.

Simon and Bradley were super friendly during the whole process, answered all of our potentially stupid questions - would definitely hire from here again!⭐

Absolutely going to book this again. Excellent service both online and direct phone contact. Easy to use booking system. Great delivery service and fab that I was able to choose a return option that suited better on the return date. Easy to set up and use equipment. Even though our party was a small gathering everyone loved getting involved in the silent disco and our neighbours were kept happy because of the no noise. What a fabulous experience this was for all of our guests.

Overall a great company and a good experience.

The equipment was really good and the process of receiving and returning very easy. The guys use DHL who were fab at giving at time to deliver and sticking to it.

We had trouble with the transmitter not working when plugged in to the mains and then on the morning (Saturday) of my daughters party couldn't get it to pair with her phone.

I tried the contact number for Simon but the company doesn't support during the weekend.

Luckily just by chance we disconnected the power lead and paired it up and then plugged it back in.

Most people will hire equipment for a weekend event and technical support needs to be available. Our party could have been ruined.

Excellent service from booking through to delivery and set up and even returning all of which was easy. Really made for a great party so thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Delivered on time, all equipment working and easy to set up and just dropped back at the post office as that was easiest for us. Otherwise collection is available. Would definitely use again!

Highly recommend this company. I hired a karaoke machine for my 9 yr old daughter’s party and they had an absolute blast! I initially thought it was extravagant to splash out £150 for 11 girls…. But it was totally worth the money. Delivery, set up and posting back was easy. There’s an abundance of songs and 4x mics that didn’t need recharging in the duration of use (3-4 hrs and still pretty full on battery)
My only gripe was that I wish I’d had a spare day to have used it for myself!!! Communication with the team was also fantastic. Definitely recommend. X
