The website was easy to navigate and provided all of the needed information to make a choice! It did have similarities with other brands but it was on sale and offered free shipping, so easy choice.

My experience was great because the Web site was easy to use and the information available on the product was excellent.

The company is doing everything for the consumer and not being dishonest.

But once shipped I still don't have an eta for when the order will arrive.

The website is easy to use on mobile. The pillow is well reviewed so I'm excited to use it. The delivery updates are consistent but not annoying.

My only consternation was at checkout when, after ordering two pillows, I was offered one at half of the price. Would that offer been made if I had purchased only one pillow?

Otherwise, all was simple with the ordering, confirmation and welcome.

They are deceptive with the return policy. They do not state clearly they are in China and the only way to get a refund is to send back in original packaging at customers expense. It would have been close to 200.00 to sent a 127.00 pillow top back. I did recieve the item and they do respond with customer service. I would never buy from them again.

Purchase process was good. Shipping has been a concern still waiting for product a week later.

I googled for information on the best mattress topper - you were first on the list - with a sale! Took a minute to place my order!

Helpfull staff,but the order delivery late

Wish I checked on here first. Wedge pillow is rubbish. Poorly filled and offers no back support. Postage to China is not worth it for a refund. Total scam, stay away.

Excellent communication. My order was slow to dispatch but I was given a suitable reason and kept informed. My order is now on it's way so I'm looking forward to receiving it.

They email me personally to make sure I was ok and give me my update of my order

Great service, quick and great quality

The Pillow House had what I was looking for at reasonable prices. And I love that they are in New Mexico, one of the most magical places in the world.

It's was very easy and clear which pillow top to choose

Shipping info was not the best but got good email updates from the company so that helped. But can't give it five stars without trying the product out first.
