The pillow is too firm and gave neck pain. I Request a refund and the shipment fee cost similar price from Canada to China. I do not recommend this pillow it gave me more neck pain. The 90 days policy doesn't allow the customer to return without fee.

Well,Choice magazine gave a poor review on another similar product, called Derila.
Refunds and other logistical nightmares were apparent. Their butterfly pillow apparently comes from Lithuania and getting it back within 14 days was a problem, if not satisfied.
So my husband had sleep apnoea. This product may reduce the snoring. We can try it and hopefully it’s cheaper than buying the apparatus for sleep apnoea
