It was so easy to order. They emailed me to explain why there is a couple of days delay. They have kept in touch with me so that I'm not wondering what's going on.

I read about the pillows on social media, both my husband and I are side sleepers. We’ve been waking up with stiff and sore neck and back. I haven't received my pillows yet, but the communication and check in from the company has been wonderful. I don't feel like a forgotten customer. I feel like a real cared for customer.

Having been quite pleased with the pillow, I thought I'd give the mattress topper a go. Big mistake. Firstly, the ad says it's 3" thick. More like 3cm, even after leaving to expand for 72 hours as instructed. I replaced my old topper with this one, only to be crippled after two days. Decided to try it on top of the old one and I just about get a passable sleep, although still experience hip pain. As for the claimed cooling properties, like the pillow, forget it. Even when you first get into bed, it's like entering a blast furnace! Does not do what it says on the tin!

Very easy to navigate your website, reviews, payment options and buy more save more (I liked that, I will see how this topper feels as I have more beds)
I like the free delivery, that is a big plus.

I know this isn’t required, but you would be doing your buyers a service by informing them ahead of time that this is an international transaction.

The tracking is very difficult to follow because of the tone differences. Example: One update showed my order left one stop on August 3, when it was still August 2 in the United States.

Communication (response to my shipping-related questions) has been very good.

I look forward to receiving the product.

So far, I've only just placed by order - so far, so good. Hope we don't have to wait to long to try out this pillow.

I have done business with this company. Do not purchase their Cloud Lift mattress topper. They state it is 3inches thick which it is not. May come close to 1.5 inches when laying down on it. No more than a quilted blanket feeling. Quality is poor! 2nd complaint; please read their return policy. You have 90 days to ship it to an address in China. I looked up what the cost to return the product and it was more than what I purchased the mattress topper for. Not sure how they can do business in the U.S. They ship out of Illinois and have a shop or headquarters in New Mexico. But you have to ship return back to China! WOW!

Felt like you actually care about growing your company as much as you care about our necks haha. Awesome experience and communication so far just can't wait to get my head on that pillow .

Easy website to use. I seem to have the same neck problem my mum had, that is, cervical spondylosis, which sometimes makes me black out! A comfy pillow will help, so im hoping this product will do the trick!

The site was easy to navigate and customer service was very friendly! My order ended up getting delayed but they reached out and kept me informed the entire time.

The pillow is too firm and gave neck pain. I Request a refund and the shipment fee cost similar price from Canada to China. I do not recommend this pillow it gave me more neck pain. The 90 days policy doesn't allow the customer to return without fee.

Scam! I ordered two silk pillowcases only to be sent cheap satin ones instead. I wish I read the reviews first!!! Chinese scammers, not a legitimate company!
