Great service best reception I’ve had and was on EE before

Value for money and has a bit of a social conscience too

Joined about a year ago after bad customer service with another company. I had a great deal on a monthly contract. Had a problem or two with a couple of minor niggles, but had prompt replies to assistance requests and soon sorted.

Coverage is great and all-in-all I am very impressed and pleased.

TPO monthly pay as you go is well worth the money. I use my mobile as an additional phone, when I out; or if I'm calling someone who uses a mobile as their main phone. I send and receive What's Ap images check my email and text messages, look at Facebook and take photographs. All this for a basic £3.99 per month. I don't download music or games etc. so for me it us ideal. Many thanks TPO. I appreciate that part of my payment goes to the Charity of my choice, another bonus.

For me they’re perfect. My post code for all the networks shows rubbish signal in this rural part of South Croydon, but the ‘3’ network that TPO piggyback off is best of the bunch.
Customer services have been excellent, good old London accents.
Joined them June 2017 and no desire to leave TPO.

Beats paying those big companies rip off charges. Proves you don't need to charge the earth to talk . Well done TPO.

Worse company I've ever dealt with. I activate roaming and it never worked. I complained on 3rd January and got a useless response on the 11th January. They just send manual settings instructions that don't work. I complained again on 17th January and got another useless response on 2nd February. Stay away from these charlatans.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, I have had a complaint ongoing since November 5 months later it's still outstanding. The staff don't follow up on promises, they are rude and hang up. It is impossible to speak to a manager. You get promised a call back within 3 working days which you don't receive. I'd recommend you avoid this company completely.

Atrocious company to deal with. Took the money and run, without even sending the sim out. No apology, explanation or nothing. I dread to think how bad it could have got if you had to deal with any problems in the service. It makes it a pleasure to pay a few more £s to get some real people who offer real customer service. I suspect its a case of not being willing to honour the moneysaving expert special deal price of £4.99. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Price isnt everything so be careful what you wish for.

Wow, I really enjoy using TPO mobile. I love the reasonable rate of call and 4G data. Haven't had any problem. So far, so good. 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

I have used TPO`s pay as you go service now for a few years and have no reason to change. At top up last me ages due to the very competative charges and the coverage is good as they use the 3 network. Customer service good if you need to call so all in all would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't of been easier and seamless to transfer to and since i've never had any problem whatsoever i highly recommend TPO and brilliant value for money.
