I read many of the reivews below complaining about things like i tried to cancel and they charged me more...
First i do not believe anything like that as i have for years been treated with the absolute opposite. so when someone says that in my mind they become suspect as there must have been some very extenuating circumastances... I am always shopping for Vendors as I buy many leads and join many stock and options programs to keep my learning going.. And because of this i have read thousands upon thousands of TrustPilot reviews and have in my mind learned to determine when a review is truthful or not.. When some one says "That company is lousy" or "Run the other way" I pay no attention to those type of complaints, as i really valid complaint will be very detailed in what the problem was exactly and what the did or did not do about it. And in the years i have been working with Theotrade especially Scott, I have seen nothing but a take care of you attitude. I recently requested a refund and it was processed within days with one simple request.. I have purchased dozens of stock market items from various vendors and find some to be sort shaky.. however Theotrade has been right there for me every step of the way. I have been exposed to many of the folks at Theotrade and every single one has made me feel a part of the family.. I have just recently sighed up for another Theotrade Chrisstmas Special and i have no doubt it will turn into a money maker for me.. Its new for me as I have never done Futures but Scott has offered to watch over me and make sure i stay out of trouble and if i had to trust him with my life I would.. Matter of fact it is a life or death matter as my wife told me that if this venture turned out bad she would kill me.. that was just before she made me reomove my name from the joint stock account and open my own individual account.. But she trusts Theotrade too so she donate 25 grand of her money to my account and told me if i did not double it not to come home.. and i and convinced i might even triple it with the good folks at theotrade.. Theotrade is the only trading company that i just keep on investing in as i love to see my money grow...

I wanted to cancel my subscription, so I emailed theotrade well ahead of time.
I received no reply, and instead, they attempted to charge me! After a failed charge due to insufficient funds, I received an email about the failed payment; I emailed them again, still no reply! Then they attempted to charge my card again! This time successfully, but they still sent 2 failed payment emails!!
I emailed them, gave them a call on the phone number provided in the Trustpilot reviews. But nothing. Save yourself and don’t start up with them. I had to change my card in order to stop them charging me!
And they still haven’t replied to my email!

What you described doesn’t match how TheoTrade operates in any way, but it does match a very common and very aggressive scam that’s been circulating in the trading space for a while now.
Unfortunately, a lot of reputable companies — ours included — are being impersonated by fraud rings running sophisticated copy-trade and customer-support scams.
Here’s the pattern these scams typically follow:
They plant a “mole” in public chatrooms or trading groups connected to well-known communities.
They reach out privately while impersonating a leader, coach, or staff member from the real company.
They direct the victim to a different website to fund an account or “copy trade.”
They often demand crypto or other hard-to-trace payments.
They simulate wins, drain the account, and disappear — all while the real company has no idea it’s happening.
Victims understandably assume the reputable company was involved, even though the scammers were operating independently.
Your review sounds very similar to that pattern, especially because:
We never ask customers to fund outside accounts,
We never contact customers through random chat rooms,
And if you ever need to cancel or reach us, our official support always responds when contacted through our actual website.
To anyone reading this:
Please never navigate away from our official TheoTrade website to make a purchase or access your account.
That’s not how we roll — and we work hard to keep our community safe.

I’m not sure we’re the disconnect
I’m not sure we’re the disconnect was, but I haven’t got any updates on the three trades a week subscription since first week in may, yet my card is still being charged $79.99. When I signed up I was not clear on what was involved. I have been a member before so I know the site. I was hoping to have access to the entire site with all the past programs available. I paid $2000 for a program which was actually access to the site for a year. It took me six months just to figure that out as I signed up for an ultima program but was never instructed that what I was really paying for was everything on the site. It was very confusing. I was very new to the trade world at the time, but I ended up getting some value outta the last six months. So this is one issue I have. There’s not clear cut communication. If you get access to the club for a year , advertise thats what you’re paying for. Instead it was one of those drawn out commercials selling ultima. I never even ended up going through the ultima class. This is another bummer after the year you no longer have access to any of it unless you reinstate your membership. I paid $2k you’d think I’d at least get access to the ultima program for life, After the years up I no longer could access the programs, That is why I signed up recently for the 3 trades per week. What I really wanted was to go through some course material again but to my disappointment I was not granted access to them just some archives and the three trades a week which I stopped receiving updates in early may. Id like to point out, As far as education I think theovtrade is top notch, I love Jeff Bierman hour everyday, they’re all great. I just want to be clear, you can get educated in the world of trading. My biggest complaint though, the reason behind the two stars is because I’ve searched for days on the website and on the phone app nowhere could I find a place where you can just cancel. You go to profile on the app. There is nothing that comes up so I have been unable to simply cancel to make sure that I don’t get charged anymore because like I said, im not getting any value for my money. Finally I found an an article online and I found it where it says email customer service for cancellation . I find that just a little bit sketchy sorry but I don’t like it. It should be just as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. Not the case here. Sign up was really quick, give email card number and just like anyways that’s were I am at now, I just cancelled Toby email I’m hoping I don’t get charged again cause if do I’ll go to my bank and refuse the payment and I will ask to get reimbursed for the month before since I never got any of the trades and I have proof of that . If I go on the site on the app on my phone, and go to updates. It goes to may 9 I believe. . I just want to cancel. I don’t wanna be charged anymore. That’s it. The instructions were clear but my I phone jumped ahead a few steps so I was alittle worried I did something wrong. All information provided by theotrade looks good so far .
