Avoid this company. Wrong size material sent. Seller does not respond to emails or messages in any form. Their phone number is not connected either. Now my bank is trying to recoup the money I spent with this company.

18 days and still no item!

They say it’s with the courier, but coming on 3 weeks now, it’s an appalling service they are supposed to provide.
Update: Now 6 weeks, still not arrived, company won’t answer messages or emails or phone.
Had to get bank to return payment.

Good quality products, delivered promptly.
Great service.

First buy:- good, reasonably priced, arrived in a reasonable time. Good product.
This time:-order confirmed and subsequently an email saying "completed"...
It hasn't arrived, I emailed them, no response!
I'm in Sheffield so I went to their listed premises, "Oh no Mister, there hasn't been anyone there for months!"
Then I got an email from them offering a 10% discount!
Why would I buy from a firm that is so unreliable and quite possibly defunct?
If you buy here it's pot luck as to whether you get the goods, they certainly won't reply to enquiries!

They are hypersonic ~ you have to give them that: practically immediately I received a suspicious (I thought automated) confirmation that they'd already completed the order. However, within a minute or so I had realized I'd ordered incorrectly and urgently emailed to try to revise my order. No response. Their telephone was out of order. (I had thought that they'd gone into liquidation since that was the impression given by gov.uk companies when subsequently trying to find alternative working phone contact numbers.) The order duly turned up...

Awful service. I ordered sheet metal on 5 May for a school project. 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I suggest buying from elsewhere.

I asked for 3mm hexagonal rod and received a 3.25mm square one. Have requested the correct rod and asked what to do with the incorrect one but have had no response.
