DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Paid for goods but no acknowledgement since. Item still not arrived weeks later. The phone number listed is dead so can only assume they have gone bust or it is a scam. Now trying to claim funds back.

My order says despatched but the courier says not collected. Have sent email, used their contact page and no reply. Even tried phone number but says not in use.
Will have to try charge back or something.

My order was processed accurately and quickly
The only downside is the delivery took a week

There was a software hiccup when I confirmed my order and I did not receive an email confirmation. Then only half of the order arrived. However it was resolved efficiently by the person who responded to my message. Would have been better if I could telephone and talk to someone.
Item received is exactly as described at a good price.
I will buy from them again. Hopefully their website issues will have been sorted by the time I do.

Ordered Copper on the website and had very poor communications no email to say the order had gone through and unable to phone as the number comes up not in service, honestly thought we had been stiched up. The first thing I new about the delivery was a date from a courier company. So it did arrive and was good quality. Just very poor customer communications. !!

So poor non communication that I have started a Section 27 claim. Did not know that material would be sent so ordered from another supplier. Now have received more steel when the other is now in production.

Slow delivery, no communication at at all about order from the company, leaving you to wonder if the order is ever coming. The phone number given on their web site is a disconnected service. But they are very fast to take your money! Void this company, they are are at best a shambles at worst probably crooks.

Ordered once, no payment taken no confirmation email or receipt.

Thinking it had failed to process I ordered again a week later.

Payment has been taken twice now still no communication from multimetals. Phone number doesn’t work and no reply from emails. Nothing delivered or even suggested. I think I’ve been doubly ripped off.

I suggest that nobody else should risk using this company, all is not well there. At the very least try and call their disconnected number first before you decide.

Would be more stars if the item actually arrived. Phone number disconnected, no response to email, contact form on website or messaging feature. Will be getting money back through my bank

I got my order after a few days and it was fine, but I got no confirmation email, no response from emails about not getting a confirmation and the phone number appears to be disconnected. Not sure what you would do if there was an issue with your order as they appear to be uncontactable... So not sure I'd use them again..
