Nothing to review …

Unfortunately I haven’t received the order so I can’t review. Ordered on April 30th, paid customs as soon as I got email but still not here. Three weeks is not a reasonable amount of delivery time in my opinion from Uk to Ireland.

Hi Patrice, we have checked the tracking for your order and it looks like customs has been cleared and your order is in transit in Ireland, so should be out for delivery soon. We despatch our orders as soon as we can, with the quickest shipping method available. Waiting for 3 weeks from uk to Ireland is a long time, but unfortunately sometimes there are delays with the shipping companies, which is out of our control. We can see your order in our system, and it was shipped out on the 18th of February to the US. Since it’s an international order (we are based in the UK), it’s very likely to take longer to arrive, or that it is on it’s way back to us due to unpaid import duties / taxes.

The package associated with my tracking…

The package associated with my tracking number did not have proper postage applied and wasn’t deliver and refused to give refund will not be every ordering from them again.

Paying twice for shipping?!

The fact that we have to pay twice for shipping when it was already expensive. It was kind of a turn-off for me.

We are based in the UK so any extra fees you might’ve seen were likely import duties or taxes set by your country’s customs, which we unfortunately have no control over.
