Barry did a fantastic job to move our Buy to Let property to a new lender, renegotiating the terms of the mortgage and locking us in at an excellent interest rate. Securing the interest rate meant moving very vast since interest rates began going up dramatically almost as soon as we got the initial offer. Barry did a great job, ensuring that we got all the various documents in place, sometimes with only hours to spare before we would have had to renegotiating at a higher interest rate. Barry gave us excellent advice and support throughout and was easy to get hold of if we had any questions. I can't recommend Barry highly enough. He was a pleasure to work with throughout this process and most importantly he got the job done for us very smoothly and with a very high degree of professionalism!
