Communication with the service was excellent

I originally left a review about my order being blocked due to a “face scan requirement” - even though I did NOT order goggles.

That situation has now escalated far beyond that.

Timeline:

Order: Pull buoy + finger paddles (no goggles)

Order was blocked for 12 days due to THEIR system error

Customer support repeatedly told me to scan my face (completely irrelevant)

They admitted the mistake… and then repeated the same wrong response again

After multiple emails, the order was finally released and delivered.

But here’s where it gets worse:

Due to the delay and poor handling, THEY offered compensation (Equipment Mesh Bag).

That was over a month ago.

Since then:

We have sent 20+ emails back and forth

Spoken with 3 different support agents: Niklas, Joshua & Carter

Received multiple promises that the compensation would be sent

Been told it was “prioritized” and “handled”

Received incorrect shipment notifications referring to old orders

And STILL nothing has been shipped

This is not just bad service anymore:

This is a complete lack of internal control, communication and accountability.

It honestly feels like:

automated responses

no one checking orders

no ownership of customer issues

I have never experienced anything like this.

If you order from THEMAGIC5, be aware:
If something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in an endless loop of emails and empty promises.

Extremely disappointing, especially since the actual product is good.

This entire experience has destroyed my trust in the company.

Company has amazing customer support and really quality goggles.

Super fast! The scan was also super easy and was cool to see. Very excited to do my Ironman with them!

I ordered the Magic5 Blue swim goggles in October of last year. They never arrived. Now we have February.

I wrote around 20 e-mails to the customer service and called them. They didn't answer any e-mail and the phone service is just an answering machine.

I have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer. No way to complain or get your money back. Complete ignorance. I am very, very angry with this company.

I found the ordering process, app download & face scanning easy to complete. My scan was confirmed & the goggles made & shipped in a matter of days. I have used them a couple times since getting them & they are a complete game changer. Clear, comfortable, no leaks & no rings after the swim. I have already recommended them to a number of people.

I rarely write reviews. I'm 50-something. Many decades of swimming with misfitting goggles behind me.

This weekend I tried out the Magic5 goggles for the first time. I was swimming in the ocean surf off Ohope Beach (NZ) with some fairly decent waves. My first swim with these goggles was literally eye-opening. The goggles didn't leak or fog up on that first swim. Being able to swim through surf with goggles on and eyes open was amazing. I started diving under waves holding my nose and turning over face-up so I could see the wave rolling over me.

I clocked almost 8 hours swimming over three days. A few times Body surfing the goggles got jostled off and water got in, but otherwise they coped very, very well.

I've just ordered a second pair. Well worth the investment.

Even though there was an initial fitting issue, the Magic 5 team contacted me quickly, adjusted the scan data, and shipped new goggles that fit perfectly. All of this was done without any additional cost. In my opinion, this is great customer service.

Goggles are very minimal with great geometric design. Beautiful lenses and absolutely no fog at all. If leakage happens just tight them a little more, but because they are custom made you don't feel the pressure in the eyes. 5+ stars absolutely. Goggles from another dimension. 🤙⚡️💯🏊‍♂️

Solid goggles, pretty comfortable. They look super nice. I just have a problem with the design. If you have a tight stream line, the side parts of the goggles will slide forward and the goggles fill with water. I would not recommend using if you are competitively racing. They don’t live up to the hype and there are a lot of better goggles for way cheaper

Ok, so its took 4 weeks to get my pair, did have to make 2 scans for perfect fit, it was worth all the time tonwait as gogles are amazing, fits absolutely perfect, no leaks, comfortable.
Well recommend !

Wasn’t sure how the the custom fit would turn out but it fits perfect. Nose piece had a little flaw/defect but the warranty department was excellent and took care of me super fast! 10/10

during the interim MONTH.

Are they still in business?

I love how easy the entire process is, especially for custom made product.

The product itself is also live to its claim, I tried them on the first time and there is no leak at all, I been looking for perfect fit swimming goggle for the longest time and now I found it!

Website is easy to navigate and the shipping was quick

My son loves his C5 goggles. The fit is always spot on.

Bought these goggles dec25 but didn’t use them straight away. I have since used them 4 times for hourly sessions and found them to be great, no fog and no leaking. I swim 2/3 x weekly for fitness. Only issue I have is there are a couple of marks on my upper brow after my swim but I’m loosening the straps small increments at a time to try and improve that. I’ve ordered another pair under the offer scheme and would recommend them.
