I urge Trustpilot not to remove my review, as it is intended to help other customers protect their money and avoid being deceived. I have already reported this case to the appropriate anti-counterfeiting authorities.

People are still being deceived precisely because this company contacts Trustpilot to have negative reviews removed. As a result, customers are unable to understand what kind of dishonest business they are dealing with.

Be careful and stay alert — this website is selling counterfeit products and is misleading customers. I strongly advise not to buy from them.

They are not providing items that match the original models or the photos shown on their site. This is a scam, and customers should avoid ordering from them.

I received a very cheap, terrible Chinese counterfeit instead of the original glasses. On the website, they display photos of the genuine product, but what they actually sell is a fake. If there were an option to show you photos, I would gladly do so, but unfortunately, this platform does not allow adding images.

First, you made several attempts to remove my comment from the internet, and only after the website did not delete it did you contact me asking for my order number and offering assistance. This seems quite strange, as it would have been more appropriate to try to resolve the issue immediately rather than first attempting to remove the review.

! I would like to provide a quick update regarding my situation. After I was asked to provide my order number and was offered assistance, no one has contacted me since.

I would also like to note that all of my follow-up messages have only received responses from a chatbot, without any involvement from a customer support representative.
