I absolutely love TJR from the products they have to their customers service! They definitely go above.
I am a big fan of Ole Lynggaard jewelry, which is really expensive to buy here in the USA but TJR have much better prices plus they also cover duties and fees. After purchasing a few items from them, they are my “go to” jewelry shop- unique pieces that are truly one of a kind. I already have a couple of pieces in my mind that I am planning to buy next year! Thank you Pernille, Jennifer, and Caroline for all your help!

The Jewellery Room was exceptional. I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wife's 40th birthday. I emailed to let them know the occasion and that we would be picking them up on her birthday. They made sure they were beautifully wrapped and ready to go upon our arrival. They could not have been more accommodating and willing to help make her day special.

Once shipped, it arrived quickly. The earrings I ordered were much much smaller than I anticipated (from looking at them on the website).
