Ordered a Pair of earrings for an…

Ordered a Pair of earrings for an anniversary present… to my surprise only 1 earring was delivered.
- if that was the end of the story, I would have given 1 stars
However, I got a hold of the company and they quickly fixed the mistake… the issue is, that I couldn’t give my wife her present because the 2nd earring of the pair- is a week late and being delivered when I’m at work.

So despite the mistake, they’ve tried to remedy the issue— it’s too late, but they tried…. Reason 3 stars instead of 1.

We would like to apologize once again for the situation. Unfortunately, the designer mistakenly sent only one earring in the original shipment, and as soon as we were informed, we of course did everything we could to have the missing earring sent to you as quickly as possible.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as it was meant to be an anniversary gift, and we are truly sorry that it affected the moment of giving the present.
Thank you as well for recognizing that we did our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We sincerely hope the earrings still bring joy now they can be worn together as a pair.

My package was poorly sealed and could have been easily gotten into and re-sealed. I tried purchasing additional items, but my credit card is being rejected, and I am not getting a reply to my email inquiry about he problem.

The item was shipped directly from the designer’s atelier, but we have of course informed them immediately and asked them to ensure that all future shipments are packed and sealed more securely.

We also sincerely apologize that you did not receive a reply to your email. Unfortunately, your message had ended up in our spam folder, which is why we did not see it right away. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

Regarding your new purchase attempt, we can see that you tried placing the order on the designer’s own website rather than through The Jewellery Room, which may explain the issue you experienced with your card. To make it easy for you, I have now sent you a direct link where you can securely complete your order for the beautiful earrings with us.
