I recently visited the iOutlet shop at Plympton to get my cracked mobile screen repaired. I was greeted by a very courteous and helpful engineer.
He quickly established the model of mobile as I wasn't sure and the cost of repair was very competitive.
The new screen was fitted within 30 minutes and now my favourite mobile has a new lease of life.

The shipping time deffinitely needs some improvement, but the customer service experience were excellent after reporting the disappointment about that. They will take an extra mile to please their customer as much as possible.

Ordered a ps5 it arrived faulty would not connect to any wifi. it was sent back in original packaging tracked and signed for received back to ioutlet on the 22/4/2026, i have emailed ioutlet numerous times and get no response regarding my refund and again today have had to email the department that is not responding to me again for an update. As it is now the 7th of May with no response i will be contacting my bank to have the monies refunded.
