Was kept well informed. Item was packaged very well. All accessories included as stated. The PS4 was classed as refurb A, and have to say both it and the accessories were very good condition, the PS4 hardly had a mark on it. Fingers crossed it is working well so far. I would recommend.

First time with iOutlet. Bought a grade-A iPhone and - barring the not-100% battery - am hard-pressed to tell it from a new item. I am impressed. It arrived neatly and securely packed, but delivery (compared with other resellers I’ve used, where next day delivery is part of the service) is leisurely. I expected it to be, but phone replacement can be a stressful time, so beware. Will definitely look at iOutlet first for future tech purchases.

Great experience all the way through buying from these guys. We bought a Nintendo switch second hand. Delivery was quick! The device that turned up didn't reflect the condition we had paid for but they were really great responding to emails and offered a refund to reflect the difference in condition.
